Day 29 15th April 2020

There's 2,088 cases in Northern Ireland, 98,476 in the UK and 12,547 in Ireland. There's now 2 million cases worldwide which is pretty scary. The lockdown in Northern Ireland has been extended for another 3 weeks. So I think it'll last until the 9th of May or sometime around then.

When I got up I watched Impractical Jokers Inside Jokes. There was a challenge where they had to give a presentation and it was funny when they were calling random people.

Sal lost and he was on a tour boat and it seemed as if he was going to be the tour guide. But then he had to get off the boat and use a kayak to get back to the shore. The sea was quite rough so when he was closer to the shore he fell off the kayak. It was really funny.

In the next episode Joe lost and it was really funny because he was the genie in a play. He was being flown about the stage and he crashed into everything. He even went upside down at one point and had to hold onto his trousers to stop them from falling.

I saw that my dad had a support bandage around his foot. I asked what happened and he'd been doing something on the grassy bank and he fell over. He said he'd went over on his ankle and his head whacked onto the ground. His glasses flew off his face as well.

We don't know if it's broken or not and dad called the doctor and they said to wait until Friday to see if it was any better. I really hope it isn't broken or fractured because I don't want my dad to have to go to the hospital.

I'm a bit annoyed that he was so stupid to try to fix something and risk getting injured. And he was in his slippers, which he shouldn't have been walking up a bank in.

I continued work on my PowerPoint and I used Friends as examples of sexism. I used the episode with the male nanny because Ross is very against the nanny because he's a man.

Then I watched an episode of Pointless Celebrities and Robin Cousins and Fatima Whitbread won. They got a pointless answer in the final, so they won the money as well as beating their competitors.

Then I watched House of Games and on the round that I find the most difficult I got the answer right. I was pretty proud of myself. I browsed through Reddit for a while as well.

I watched Fantasy Island and I enjoyed it. It had Michael Pena and Lucy Hale in it. Five people went to an island where they were able to live out their fantasies but things started to go wrong.

I wasn't expecting the twist near the end and I'm normally pretty good at finding the twists. But I won't spoil it in case you want to watch the movie.

Then I watched two episodes of Grey's Anatomy and I can't believe how far back I am. Catherine has only just found out that she has cancer, I thought that was over. But clearly I'm back further than I thought I was.

They also showed the ghosts of George, Lexie, Derek and Mark, which was kinda emotional, but it was nice seeing them again.

Anyway that's it for today. I hope you're all doing well.
