Day 71 27th May 2020

There are now 4,663 cases in Northern Ireland, 267,240 in the UK and 24,803 in Ireland. It's bad that people are still getting infected and dying, but it seems to be a bit less.

I got up and watched an episode of Pointless. Then I played Drive Club and I spent ages on a time trial thing. I had to complete the race in 3 minutes and 5 seconds and I kept going a few seconds over. I crashed the car on the corners a few times. But then I finally beat the time.

I raced against other cars and I came second in the first race and then first in the next, so I won overall. I unlocked a few cars as well, but I probably won't be able to drive them since I'm rubbish with fast cars.

After that I watched The Resident and there was a flu outbreak and the hospital was really full. There were also three patients who had the black death and they had to be quarantined.

I realised about halfway through the episode that I'd seen it months ago. But I watched it anyway because I don't remember it well and there's still half a season left.

I went for a shower and when I came down we watched Chicago Fire. There had been a car crash and a woman had, had her legs up on the dashboard and they got messed up from the crash. My dad told me when I was a kid not to put my feet up because they'd get broken in a crash, so I've listened to him ever since then.

They got the woman out and Mouch enlisted the help of a guy who owned a tow truck. The man seemed very reluctant to help and I thought it was very strange. It turned out that the man and another guy caused the crashes for money.

Stella went to a place for leadership training or something and she was the best there even though the others were higher ranks. I thought she did really well.

There was a fire at a house and the new guy was told to go to the back of the house but not go inside. He went to the back and opened the door to check if anyone was by the door and he closed it again. A kid came running towards the house and he was worried about his parents and grandmother. The new firefighter held him back and went into the house to find the family and it caused the fire to blow into him.

Kelly was suspicious about the fire and he thought the dad had caused it. They investigated and they found out that the mum started the fire because she wanted the grandmother's money. I was horrified! She was old anyway so she could've waited for the money. I honestly can't believe the mum killed her, it's a horrible thing to do.

Joe's girlfriend came back and he asked her to marry him and she said yes. I think it's great because Joe hasn't been lucky with dating. Joe asked Kelly to be his best man because Otis is dead, it was bittersweet.

Bye for today, I hope you're all safe and healthy.
