Coronavirus Diary

Day 51 7th May 2020

There's 3,984 cases in Northern Ireland, 206,715 in the UK and 22,385 in Ireland. It's very unclear what is happening with the lockdown, they're saying it's lasting another three weeks but they're also saying we'll be coming out of the lockdown slowly. It's pretty confusing.

When I got up I watched Bondi Rescue and Hoppo said that the beach was closed because of the coronavirus. There was also the problem of the fires across the country. There's also three new lifeguards, Chase, Noah and Dylan.

Chase was in the tower on his own and he had to manage a woman who had an injury, a guy attacking people and he had to watch over the water. I think it would be extremely stressful and Chase is only 18 and he's just started working there.

Poor Noah went in to save someone and by the time he got to the person a body boarder had helped them. Then another person got in trouble and Noah went in to save the guy but he was brushed off. He finally got to save a babysitter and child.

The best bit was when an Irish guy needed to be saved. I was thinking oh no they make Ireland look stupid. It turned out he was from Northern Ireland and Harries, who's one of my favourite lifeguards went in to save him. The guy was very thankful but Harries couldn't understand him, it was hilarious! I'm from Northern Ireland and even I thought the guy was a bit hard to understand. They literally had to get subtitles for people to understand him! Then he was offering to buy Harries a beer but he wasn't allowed to since Harries was on duty. So he gave money to go towards helping with the fires.

I thought it was great seeing someone from Northern Ireland on the show and the guy seemed nice. I've never seen anyone from Northern Ireland on the show, so it was really cool seeing someone from my country.

Then I played Spider-Man and I got to see Norman Osborn which was pretty cool because he's one of my favourite villains. Unfortunately he took away the lab, I thought it was fun doing the wee circuit things.

I've finally unlocked research tokens so I'll be able to get a new suit. The one that I want is bullet proof which would be really handy for me.

Then I watched Sabotage which is a movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger in it. There was a group of DEA police and they stole money from the cartel, but the money went missing. They were put under surveillance because everyone suspected that they had the money.

When the surveillance was over they got back together. But the group was getting killed off one by one. I won't say anymore because that would spoil the movie. I thought it was pretty good.

Then I watched The Good Fight and there was an English actor playing himself on the show. He had a bit of a romance with Lucca and I hope he'll stay on the show because I like him.

Dianne and Liz quit the secret group which is good because they'd started doing illegal things like trying to hack the voting machines.
