Coronavirus Diary

Day 103 28th June 2020

There's 5,751 cases in Northern Ireland, 311,151 in the UK and 25,439 in Ireland. The number of new cases in Northern Ireland each day is still very low which is good.

When I got up I watched 13 Reasons Why and they had their prom, it was going to be  cancelled but the parents and students got it back on. Justin told the Jensens that he had got high again because everyone was coming clean to their parents.

Alex brought Charlie to his house for dinner and introduced him as his boyfriend, it was really sweet.

Justin was feeling sick and he thought it was a flu, so he didn't go to the prom until near the end. He danced with Jessica and he told her he loved her. At the end he collapsed and it was then that I knew he'd be the one to die.

It turned out that Justin had AIDS and he couldn't be helped at all because he'd gone past being HIV positive, which can be managed. I realised that the weird mark on his neck had been from his illness, before I'd thought it was a birth mark that I just hadn't noticed before. When they said he had AIDS I remembered the movie Philadelphia where Tom Hanks had AIDS and he had similar marks.

It was so upsetting seeing Justin dying in the hospital, the worst bit was when Clay was talking to him. They were brothers even though they weren't blood related, they were that close. Justin died with Clay and their parents, it was so sad. I loved Justin and I wish they'd killed off someone like Alex or Jessica who I don't like as much. 

Although the whole series I thought Clay was going to die, I'm glad it wasn't him.

Then they all graduated and I was quite jealous because I'm probably not getting a graduation. Unfortunately school doesn't do graduations, it's only in university and mine has been cancelled, postponed if I'm lucky. It's really disappointing because my sister had a graduation and I really enjoyed it, I really wanted to get the cool gown and cap.

Apart from Justin dying I thought the show ended well, everything was resolved. I really hope they'll live less stressful lives now. The show was definitely OTT, there was nowhere near as much drama or deaths at my school and thankfully no one from my year is dead.

Then I watched Kill Bill 2 and I thought it was a lot better than the first one. She had to kill buddy or whatever he was called, but he caught her and buried her alive, it was quite stressful for me to watch because I'm terrified of being buried alive. I've heard stories of people coming back to life and I'm terrified of that happening to me and then waking in a coffin and dying, ideally I'll be left three days when I die just in case.  Like I heard a story about a baby that was dead and the parents wanted to see it one last time and found it crying in the hospital coffin thing.

Anyway that guy got bitten by a snake which a blonde woman had brought to him, that killed him. There was a fight between the bride and the other woman and her other eyes got pulled out, it was kinda gross.

I won't say more because it'll spoil the movie, but I thought the ending was very good.

Then I watched The Sopranos and Paulie had a business and another guy attacked one of his men and caused quite the disagreement.

AJ was arguing with Carmela a lot and she let him go to a concert with his friends and stay overnight, but he was meant to stay with Meadow. He went with his friends and I think he smoked weed or something, he woke up and his face was glued to the carpet and his friend had to help peel him off. AJ also had black marker on his face and his eyebrows were shaved off.

Carmela was really annoyed with him because he lied to her and didn't do as he was told. He told her to fuck off and I couldn't believe how rude he was to her. She called Tony and he told AJ off and Carmela told Tony to take him. Tony took him and I feel really sorry for Carmela because AJ was so horrible to her and now she's alone.

Junior has dementia or something and he was going out, looking for his dead brother. Bobby was the only one who was worried about him, Janice seemed annoyed with his demands and Tony kept saying Junior was dead to him. Thankfully the police found him and brought him home.

Carmela met with AJ's teacher or principal to talk about his future and I thought that could be a romance for her. She really deserves a good man, Tony's been pretty bad to her by cheating all the time.
