Day 118 13th July 2020

There's 5,778 cases in Northern Ireland, 290,133 in the UK and 25,638 in Ireland. There's over 13 million cases worldwide which is pretty bad, it's still getting worse in some countries, I feel really sorry for them.

When I got up I watched Vacation which is a movie with Ed Helms, Christina Applegate, Skyler Gisondo and Chris Hemsworth in it. There were also cameos from other famous people, it was really funny.

Ed played Rusty who was a pilot and there was a funny bit at the start where he went to go to the toilet on the plane. He kept falling into a family and Colin Hanks, one of Tom Hanks' children was there. Colin got so annoyed and told Rusty to leave.

Rusty was the father of James and Kevin and he was married to Debbie. He planned a family holiday to the cabin that they always went to, but none of them wanted to go, so Rusty decided they'd go to an amusement park.

The movie was about their trip and it was pretty funny. The best cameo in the whole movie was Norman Reedus aka Daryl from The Walking Dead, he was the scary truck driver and he returned Debbie's wedding ring. He was kinda creepy, they asked if he was a rapist, but he didn't reply and then when he dropped them off they asked why there was a teddy on the front of his truck and he said it was to make the kids comfortable. It was so funny seeing him in the movie, I wouldn't expect him to be in it.

Chris Hemsworth was pretty funny in the movie as well, he lived on a farm with his wife, who's Rusty's sister and he kept saying she couldn't have a job because he was rich. 

I won't say anymore in case I spoil it, but it was a funny movie.

Then I watched Titan Games, which Dwayne Johnson presents. People have to go against each other in strength and endurance tests, it's a bit like Gladiators. I enjoyed the show, but the best bit was when Dwayne was talking to a kid and he asked who she was there to see and she pointed at him and he gave her a high five, it was so cute.

I watched The Office and it was St Patrick's Day. Dwight had moved Jim's desk because he'd been on maternity leave and Jim changed it, so that Dwight's stuff was under the desk, it was very funny.

Everyone had to work late at the office because Jo kept working, but when it got to 8pm Michael got everyone to leave. 

Erin and Andy had their first date and it was going alright because they were watching something together, although she was sick. Then her foster brother came in and sat beside her, he made everything very awkward, I felt sorry for Andy.

Then I watched Eurovision Fire Saga which is a movie with Will Ferrell, Rachel McAdams, Dan Steven's Pierce Brosnan and Eurovision competitors in it. Will was Lars and Rachel was Sigrit and they wanted to enter the Eurovision Song Contest.

They went on some Iceland song contest and it seemed like Demi Lovato was going to win, but there was a boat explosion that all the competitors had been on. Lars and Sigrit where the only ones who hadn't been on the boat, so they were representing Iceland.

I won't say anymore because I don't want to spoil it. I loved the movie and the cameos and Easter eggs were great. It was funny as well. My only complaint is that parts of it weren't accurate, like Graham Norton was talking when the contestants were singing and he never does that during the real Eurovision Song Contest. The presenters are from the host country, but the presenters weren't from the UK in the movie, when it was being held in Scotland. There was also a bit in the movie where Sigrit and Lars had just performed and the audience didn't applaud at all, in real life they would've been applauded.

The movie is definitely worth watching, especially if you're a fan of Eurovision.

Then I watched Killing Eve and Eve was working in a restaurant and she didn't seem happy. Villanelle got married, it was quite shocking.

Kenny found Eve and it seemed like they were going to become more friendly, but Kenny was pushed off the roof at his work. It was pretty sad, I liked him. There was a funeral for him and we got to see his sister, who is Yara from Game of Thrones. 

Villanelle was at a house and she was playing the piano and then she killed the woman who lived there and the maid. She took the poor baby and then her friend put the baby in the bin, it was so bad. Thankfully people got the baby out and I assumed she/he was taken care of.

Everyone thought Kenny killed himself, but Eve and his mum knew that he hadn't so Eve is investigating it now with the help of Kenny's colleagues.

Carolyn was in a car and they were taking a guy with them, then Villanelle came and shot the guy, I really thought Carolyn was dead, but she was fine.

Villanelle got onto the bus that Eve was on and Eve freaked out and attacked Villanelle. Although they did kiss which was good, I really want them to become a proper couple, but it may never happen.
