Coronavirus Diary

Day 15 1st April 2020

There are 689 cases in Northern Ireland, 29,474 in the UK and 3,447 in Ireland. And there's 934,448 cases worldwide. I'd say by tomorrow there will be over 1 million cases which is very scary.

My internet still isn't back and the people who need to turn it on are in India. The people my dad was in contact with said that they were getting no response from India. The internet is meant to be back on Monday but I don't think that will happen. My dad said India is in lockdown so my internet probably won't be back until the lockdown has lifted. It's a complete nightmare!

When I got up I did some more of my jigsaw because my dad was painting the living room door. Then I went in and watched The Talking Dead and I thought it was good seeing Jeffrey Dean Morgan on it. Negan is one of my favourites on The Walking Dead, I think he's really funny.

After that I did a bit of work on my dissertation, but it's very difficult to do without the internet. Then I played Until Dawn Rush of Blood and I was trying to get past the part I was stuck at the last time. I spent ages trying to get past the level but I kept getting killed and my hands and wrists were sore so I left it. I'm meant to shoot at the heart and I got further than last time but I find it really difficult to beat. And I don't even know if I've nearly beat it or not.

Then I watched Impractical Jokers and they were in Los Angeles. The movies that they were making were really funny, I loved the bit were the guy was fighting the dragon. I couldn't believe the guy who knew about Impractical Jokers but didn't recognise Q. Murr lost and he had to sit inside a kick drum thing and it was pretty funny.

I went for a shower and then I watched House of Games. I also watched the 40-year-old virgin which had Steve Carell, Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd in it. I thought the movie was pretty funny and Andy was so sweet in it. I loved the movie and I think Steve Carell is a great actor.
