Coronavirus Diary

Day 94 19th June 2020

There's 4,866 cases in Northern Ireland, 301,815 in the UK and 25,368 in Ireland. There's very few new cases and deaths in Northern Ireland, it's very good.

I didn't sleep barely at all last night, I only had 3 hours sleep. It was so annoying! The night before I only had 5 hours sleep, thinking that would be enough to make me tired last night. I tried to sleep at 11:30pm, but I couldn't sleep and I started using my phone at 3am. I stayed on my phone until 5 and tried to sleep again. I didn't get to sleep until at least 6:30 and I had to get up at 10:30 for work. I was super tired.

I watched The Sopranos when I got up and Melfi stayed late at work and she was walking down the stairs and she passed a guy. She was about to get into her can when the same guy attacked her, he dragged her to the stairs and raped her. It was horrible! I felt so sorry for her and it was hideous to watch, I kept thinking someone else would be around to save her but they weren't.

She reported it to the police and they caught the guy, but then he was released because they'd made some kind of booking error or something.

Melfi had a dream where she was at her office late in the night and she went to the vending machine and her arm got stuck. Then a rottweiler appeared and the rapist, he was going to attack her, but the dog bit him. I said to my mum that the rottweiler represented Tony and Melfi thought that as well.

Tony saw her all beaten up when he was in a therapy session with her, she'd told him it was a car accident. I really wish she'd told Tony and got the guy killed, I definitely would've done that if I was her.

She went into a fast food place and she was about to get her food when she saw an employee of the month poster, it was the guy who'd raped her. I couldn't believe it! It's disgusting that he was the employee of the month.

Unfortunately there was no more about the rape, I wanted some kind of revenge. That guy should've been killed by Tony or at least put in jail for the rest of his life.

Then I half watched Britain's Brightest Family because I was trying to sleep. There was a superhero round and I got all of the questions right apart from one.

My parents talked about the online shopping while i was trying to sleep, it was very distracting and annoying because I'd asked for something to be out on in the background.

My dad put on You've Been Framed, but I said not to because I enjoy it and I hadn't seen it before. So I got him to out on an old episode of Impractical Jokers. I woke up fully for Joe's punishment, it was the one where he was stealing balls at the baseball game, it's pretty funny.

Then I went to work and all the aisles have changed again, it's pretty confusing but I think the shop looks better. There's now hand sanitizer by the front which is good. I found a toy that didn't have a price tag and I assumed some kid had left it behind, so I told my manager, he said to bin it. I thought the toy was cute and I didn't want to throw it in the bin so I took it home with me, it'll be going in the washing machine to get rid of any dirt or possible coronavirus. 

I'm surprised our store doesn't have a lost and found, I wanted to get it back to whoever lost it. I'll just keep it because I wouldn't know how to find the owner. My mum always goes on about a lovely toy dog that I lost in a charity shop when I was very young, the staff probably put it in with the other toys, thinking it was donated. I also lost Tinkiewinkie from the Tellytubbies in Tesco's, thankfully my parents called and they had it in the store so we got him back.

When I got home I watched The Sopranos. There was a stripper called Tracy and Tony had helped her with something so she baked bread as a thank you, I thought it was very sweet but Tony wanted to keep things professional. He threw the bread out when she was gone and I thought it was pretty rude.

She was dating Ralph and she was pregnant with him. She tried to get advice from Tony but he didn't really want to get involved.

Tracy was talking to Ralph and he was saying that he'd be there for her but he was lying. She was pushing him and then he punched her, he kept punching and kicking her, it was horrible. He beat her so badly that she died.

Ralph also hit the bouncer guy with a chain and his eye got seriously injured. Ralph is way too reckless and mean, I hope someone kills him, Janice as well.

Meadow's roommate was being very strange and it seemed like she had some kind of mental health problem. She was pretty demanding.

Meadow and Noah kissed and they started dating and slept together. But then he broke up with her, I'm not sure why he did that, there were no problems in their relationship. I felt really sorry for Meadow.

Junior has cancer and he got an operation which removed some of it. Tony wanted a second opinion so there was a group of doctors who recommended a treatment, now Junior is in chemotherapy and he's throwing up a lot.

Carmela had been going to see Melfi with Tony and she went on her own because Tony didn't want to go. Melfi recommended Camela to see another professional because Melfi was in therapy with Tony. She went to see the guy that Melfi recommended and he basically told her to get a divorce, I was pretty shocked. I know Carmela and Tony have been having problems, but I don't think they should end things.
