Coronavirus Diary

Day 140 4th August 2020

There's 5,996 cases in Northern Ireland, 306,293 in the UK and 26,253 in Ireland. There's been over 700,000 deaths which is very sad, however there's been no deaths in Northern Ireland for a few weeks.

When I got up my dad told me that I could get universal credit because I don't get much money from my job and I'm not a student anymore. I made an account, but the whole thing was taking ages, so I let my dad do the rest of it. It was quite a hassle and took an hour to go through it all because two different accounts had to be made and my dad forgot the information for them. 

He finally got it sorted and they'll be in contact with me so hopefully I'll be able to get some extra money. I also had to add up all the money in my bank account and I had more than I realised, it was a nice surprise.

Then I watched Malibu Rescue The Next Wave. There was a lifeguard challenge type of thing and junior rescuers came from loads of different countries to compete. The Americans needed to win because barely anyone had signed up for junior rescue and they were going to have to get rid of the program if more people didn't sign up.

Brody and his team were representing America, but Tyler gave them old coleslaw, it was meant to only be for Brody and he'd expected him to spit it out. Everyone ended up trying it and liking it and they got food poisoning.

They couldn't compete, so the flounders had to compete instead. I really enjoyed the movie,I preferred it to the first movie and series.

Then I went for a shower and watched The Office when I came downstairs. Jim had jury duty, but they'd dismissed him in the afternoon, he didn't see any point in doing a half day of work so he took the day off. Then he took the whole week off to be with Pam and the babies.

Dwight was suspicious and proved that Jim's hit and run case was fake and Andy had said Jim would be fired if he found out he was lying. Andy had covered for Jim and helped with his story, but Jim told the truth.

Dwight was packing up Jim's things, it was pretty funny. Then Andy told him that Jim hadn't been fired, so Dwight emptied Jim's thing on his desk.

Pam later came in with the babies and everyone saw how difficult it was for them so they let Jim go home. It was nice seeing Pam again.

Angela had her baby and everyone thought it was going to be premature, but it ended up being a healthy baby and she admitted that she got pregnant a month before the wedding.

I was convinced that the baby was Dwight's and he went to see it and saw that the baby looked like him. 

Everyone has been going on about how Angela's husband is gay and I'd never really noticed anything, but then when Angela was breastfeeding he went out of the room. I think everyone is right about him.

Then I watched part of The Highwaymen, which is a movie with Kevin Costner and Woody Harrelson in it. They were trying to arrest Bonnie and Clyde. 

My dad and I fell asleep and my mum was bored so we turned it off.

We watched Money Heist instead. Rio got back to the group and Tokyo was really happy. They knew he had a chip in him and they were going to get Tokyo and Rio to have sex so that the authorities thought they didn't know about the chip. Tokyo stripped and she had writing on her, telling Rio what was going on.

She got into the bath with him and he broke up with her, I can understand why, he always loved her more than she loved him and she left him on the island and got him caught.

Tokyo was really sad about her breakup and she got drunk and was going on about wanting a shower. Nairobi made her leave and then she was in the lift with Denver and she kept trying to kiss him, it was pretty bad.

Raquel and the professor were found by a police drone and they got into their ambulance and started driving away and they got into the forest. Raquel jumped out first and then the professor did, they were separated and had to climb a tree.

Raquel couldn't climb the tree so she ran away and hid nearby at a farm. She was talking to the professor while the police were out looking for them.

The professor told the team to execute a plan, so they pretended that they were escaping and that brought the police away from him and Raquel. They found out that it was a lie so they went back and found Raquel at the farm.

She'd tried to negotiate with the people who found her and she offered them millions, but they didn't decide in time and the police found her. There were gunshots and I thought Raquel was dead, but they'd just fired shots so that the professor would think she's dead.

The horrible inspector set a teddy bear outside and they went out to get it which I thought was pretty stupid. There were drugs in it and a phone and the teddy belonged to Nairobi's son. The inspector brought out her son and Nairobi was watching from the window and they shot her.

They got her on the floor and they were trying to help. But the police were coming to attack, so sine of them had to go and deal with it. They used a rocket launcher against the police, it was great.

When the door was open Arturo jumped inside, it was to see Monica and maybe for some extra fame. He was disgusting, he pretty much sexually harassed her and she pulled her gun on him.

The professor had ran and he came in contact with a bull, so he had to hide on a trough that he turned upside down. The phone guy on the outside created a crash and made it seem like the professor had been in it and then he went and got the professor.

The professor was remembering Berlin's wedding and it was funny because he caught the bouquet because there were no women there. Berlin also sung a bit which was nice.

Nairobi had to get surgery and she was saying that she wanted to go to a hospital outside because she'd rather be alive in prison than dead. They wouldn't let her out and decided to do surgery.

She was having difficulty breathing so they had to stab a tube into her chest and that helped. They got a doctor from Pakistan on a video call thing and he was guiding them through the process. 

They got hostages to donate blood and Arturo had the wrong blood type and they were annoyed with him and then he was taunting Denver. Denver attacked him because he'd been talking about getting close to Monica and he had to be pulled off Arturo. Monica said she didn't like Denver's anger and it seems like they might not stay together, it's unfortunate because I like them together.

The police found out that something was going on with the communication, so they shut everything down and the video glitched. 

It's awful! Nairobi could die, she's in really bad condition and none of them are surgeons. Nairobi is my favourite so I really hope she'll make it, the show won't be the same without her.
