Oh gosh, Beth was evil 😂.-Madison

I am an all-around athlete. I can play almost anything. I perform best while playing Cricket, softball, and basketball. Other sports like floor hockey, soccer, football, badminton, tennis, volleyball, cross country, kickball and all those other ones. I am pretty basic at those.
Jayden is a two-sport kind of guy. Football and basketball. He plays on a rep team for football. The phoenixes. He's the star running back. He is amazing at it. His coach is terrifying, and Jay loves getting on his nerves because, as he puts it 'there is no game unless he is there.'
Jayden can be a cocky twat sometimes.
And his British slang rubs off on me, from time to time.
One day I asked Jay to help me with some football stuff. He was excited. He told me to pack a bag, with water and a change of clothes because he's gonna make me sweat. I went to his house at around three pm. That day Jayden was teaching me simple football plays. I have a good arm and I was hoping on getting the QB spot on the girl's flag-football team.
We were going to work on perfecting running and passing plays.
Before we did anything with a ball. Jayden put me through his torture of a warm-up. That consists of;
Thoroughly stretching the whole body.
Two sets of sprinting and cutting to either the left or the right 30 times.
Two sets of 15 burpees.
A minute of high knees.
Five minutes of Sprinting then backpedalling.
Two sets of 20 jump tucks.
And finally going through the ladder 25 times.
Jayden has always had the speed, I have always had the stamina. But that day. Jayden won everything. I did not care. I was tired after that minute of high knees. That boy kept going like a machine.
We took a well needed 10-minute break. Okay, I took a well needed 10-minute break. Jay laughed at me because I was sweating like it was 40° in mid-July. He barely broke a sweat. I was jealous. Jayden works out more than I do, but he has more free time than I do.
He picked up the equipment used for our warm-up and put them away inside his house. He came back with a football, and his shirt seemed to have gone missing.
I love my sarcasm. It made me feel better about everything.
I would never forgive myself if I allowed myself to be distracted by Jayden's toned body.
I took a lot of deep breaths that day.
Back to football. First things first. We did some passing back and forth, to work on my form. Then we did some target practice. I was soon able to throw some pretty clean passes to Jay while he's running to a specific location.
We practiced some fakes. I'm really bad at giving plays away with my eyes. Jay is a ruthless workout partner.
Soon enough my arms gave out. Jayden went inside to get cold water. I laid on the grass, too tired to move. A couple of minutes later. I am blasted with water.
I stand up and see Jayden standing with a hose in his hands. I literally took one step and *SPLASH*.
Oh, he was going down. How dare he get my hair wet. I twisted the hose so water wouldn't be able to escape. Jayden saw the look in my eyes and he knew I was mad. He ran. I did catch up to him eventually.
