Since Diamond is still on her honeymoon. I have been with Rave a lot. Besides from our regular-ish sessions of course.
It took a week but I have finally convinced Rave to come to Korra with me. She hates hospitals and kids...
Maybe this wasn't the best idea...
I think she watches too many tragic movies and tv shows.
After my shift, I drive to her house and drag her out of bed to get ready because I knew she will try and avoid it. Ever since she agreed I held it against her.
We got to KorraSide.
"Madison I am not getting out of the car," Rave says to me.
"Want me to get some nurses to bring you in on a gurney?" I ask sarcastically.
She huffed and got out of the car. We got her papers signed and she can volunteer with me.
I saw Cass but she was walking the other way so I chased after her.
"Madison stop moving so fast!" Rave hates me sometimes but I feel energized.
Why is it only when I run towards Cass that I smack into someone.
"Madison seriously?" Cass is most definitely tired of me.
I crashed into Wilson again. "Sorry Wilson." I cringe.
"We have got to stop meeting like this." His laugh is so pure.
"Madison I told you to stop going so-who is this gorgeous man?" Rave is as blunt as Vincent.
Facepalm.
I took a breath, "everybody meet Raven."
As the name left my mouth I got an elbow to the gut.
"I'm Rave... and you are Mister I don't see no ring?" She is talking to Wilson.
I clutch my stomach. And drag the woman by her hair. "Rave you are married!" She receives my glare.
"Have you laid eyes on that man! Miss, I haven't been attracted to a guy since I was-" I put my hand over her mouth.
"Since I was what?" Wilson was still standing there watching our whole encounter.
"N-nothing." I chuckled hoping he'd let it go.
"Since she was 19."
Oh my gosh.
"Cassandra!"
Rave sank her teeth into my hand.
"Owww Rave why?" I whine.
"You dragged me here after asking me to come here when I was drunk. It's been over a month and you bring me here now?"
"You agreed and that's on you." I turn to face Cass, "is Vinny still here?"
"Room 215. Be careful he's been in a dreadful mood after his surgery."
"I got this. Come on Rave. Bye Wilson."
When we got to room 215, Vincent is pretending to sleep.
"Vincent I know you aren't sleeping bud."
His eyes shot open at the sound of my voice.
He can't talk. So I give him my phone so he can use a text to speech tool.
The first thing he wants is ice cream.
I give him the pint of cookie dough as well as a spoon.
He began typing again.
"Whose that?" Came from the automated voice.
I forgot Rave is with me.
"Oh, Vincent meet Rave."
"Hi, Vincent!" Rave greets him.
"Is she a Ravenclaw?" He asked.
"No. She is a Slytherin." His eyes shot out.
"Just like Wilson?" He typed into the phone.
A sigh came out of me, "just like Wilson."
"You know Wilson, Vincent?" Rave starts a conversation with him.
He takes a while to type out what he wants to say. "Yes, I do! Madison has a crush on him and they almost kissed the other day while we were watching Harry Potter!"
I immediately took the phone away from Vin.
"Oh really now?" Rave questions.
Vin nodded his head vigorously and took a spoonful of ice cream.
Rave smirked at me.
"No, I do not have a crush on Wilson! I met him days ago. I don't even know him. Yes, he is attractive but-"
"Who's attractive?" As if the day can't get stranger. Wilson and Dr. Baker walked into the room.
"Hey bud how are you?" Wilson asks Vincent.
He gave him a thumbs up while devouring the cookie dough.
Dr. Baker checks up on Vincent to see if he was recovering healthily.
"So who is so attractive ladies?" Wilson directs his attention to us.
Vincent tugged in his coat and pointed at him.
"It's me?" He asks the young boy.
Vincent, being the most straightforward kid I know nods away like there's no tomorrow.
Wilson crouched down to his level, "I'll let you in on a not so big secret... I think Madison is also very very attractive."
Wilson gets up and walks out of room 215 without another word.
Rave is too physical I swear, she whacked the back of my head.
"Raven!" I groan grabbing the back of my head.
"As your friend and councillor, I say you need to get with that or someone else will."
Ignoring Rave's comments I walk over to Vincent and rub his head, "what am I going to do with you huh?"
He gave me a toothy grin and shoved another spoonful of ice cream in his mouth.

This chapter was so anti climactic at the beginning 😅. I thought it was funny tho.
