I really thought this crap was done with. A new year. A new problem. That's what I say.
- MadisonI can't do this anymore
Madison's POV
Jayden convinced me to give him a chance to prove to me that we could actually be together. I honestly didn't need much convincing, it was just adorable how hard he was trying to impress me.
He would call me everyday to see how I was when I woke up. He would call me after school and video chat with me to help me with my homework. Then right before I would go to bed he'd make sure I was happy when I would fall asleep.
I knew that this meant a lot to him. He was so perfect. He never wanted to see me hurt.
I know Jayden wouldn't hurt me on purpose. He has been busy lately. Jay got a job teaching people how to play guitar. His music tutor owns the place.
I think his music tutors' name is Skye, she's like 72 years old. Jay tells me that she is such a sweet lady. She can play practically anything, guitar, cello, piano, bass clarinet, you name it.
Skye has a granddaughter the same age as Jayden and I. Her name is Skylar. From what I have heard she has no musical coordination at all.
Okay here's the thing, I am a little intimidated, by Skylar. She most definitely likes Jayden. And I know that Jayden would be oblivious to it.
Jayden has a type. I know it, and he denies it. He has a thing for blondes with green eyes. His celebrity crushes are Dove Cameron and Dianna Agron. Then there was Megan and now Skylar. What do they all have in common? They are all blondes with green eyes. Excluding Dianna because she has very light hazel eyes.
I am so different than all of them, I have black kinky hair. I have dark brown eyes. I am dark-skinned. Yet, Jayden likes me so I shouldn't even worry about anyone else.
Jayden's POV
I don't think I've ever been happier than I am now. Madison is so close to being mine. Sometimes I wish I never left, it would make our relationship so much smoother. I am willing to do anything I can to make our distance work.
Nothing is really different between us which makes our relationship work. Well, the only big difference is that I would be able to express my feelings for Madison openly, without being turned down.
I have some time before my class, so I should probably facetime with Mads.
When she answered, I was met with an angry Madison.
When she spoke her voice was kind of raspy... I woke her up.
"What do you want Jay?" she asked me.
"I just wanted to talk to you, super sorry I woke you."
"Whatever Jay, I thought you have a lesson with Skye." She knows me too well.
"I do. Maybe I'll write a song about you."
" If you dare do that again, I will kill you. Take that idiotic smirk off your face..."
She's falling asleep again, it was adorable.
"Madison you are falling asleep again"
"No, I'm not, I'm wide awake." She said yawning in between her words.
"Okay Mads I'll text you later, Skye would be mad if I'm late."
"Jayden goes away Skye would be mad if you're late."
I laughed at her sleepy state.
"Okay, Bye Mads."
"Whatever," she mumbled.
