"Burning mandala!" Mars shouted before firing another barrage of fireballs at us.
Sven would turn around as we ran and quickly lit a whisper wood branch, quickly puffing on it to get a smoke started.
"Smoke missile barrage!! " sven said as he inhaled and unleashed several smoke based projectiles at the fireballs.
The projectiles were small, wispy balls of smoke, but were fast and explosive. They didn't have homing properties, but he can rapidly fire them in droves.
The smoke and fire collided, causing explosions in mid air. Some got passed, so I decided to use my aura punches and kicks to block/deflect them..... Not the wisest move.
"AHHHHH MY SLEEVES AND PANTS LEG IS ON FIREEE!! " I shouted.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! DID YOU JUST TRY TO PUNCH AND KICK THOSE WITH YOUR HANDS AND LEGS?! WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?! STOP DROP AND ROLL!! " sven yelled at me.
I did just that...... But during my panic, I rolled into some newspapers laying on the ground, making things worse.
"How dumb are you?!?! " he said.
"Waagh!! It's spreading!! " I said panicking.
He then picked me up with his tail, and threw me into the murky, nasty ditch water. This put out the fire sure, but god it was gross. Don't want to know what's in it...
"I've fought against many dumb looking and actually dumb monsters and villains being a sailor senshi..... However, you take the cake snow head." she said crossing her arms in annoyance.
"Hey! I thought it'd be a great idea! " I protested.
"Yeaaaa and you got your ass on fire dude.... " said sven.
I got up, grumbling to myself about how dumb I was for getting cocky with my new powers. Apparently, my powers mainly works on physical attacks, not magical or spiritual attacks. Trial and error I suppose, but damn that was close.
"Hey San. " whispered sven.
"Yea? " I whispered back.
"I'm probably sure you could KO her in one attack. I'll try and get you as close as I can. Be careful, dodge as much as you can. I'll try to-" just then, a sutra flew through the air and stuck to his forehead. He would freeze up.
"Uh...sven?" I said.
He didn't respond or move.
"Sveeeen?"
Not a thing.
"Don't you know? Sutra talismans seals demons and binds them!" Mars said all cocky like.
"Soooo what's stopping me from ripping it off?" I said, reaching for it.
A fireball would zoom between us.
"Me, that's who!" She said.
"OK that's it! It's go time! " I said.
"Fire soul snake! " she shouted before sending a snake made of fire at me.
The snake's movements were as unpredictable as a real snake. I nearly dodged it, but it whipped around and latched onto my shoulder. It was unimaginable pain, all I could do was scream in agony as I rolled into the ditch water. It actually had fangs that sank into my arm, which felt like I was stabbed with two needles that was on a stove..
However, I wasn't paying attention and she fires a mandala barrage at sven, who could only watch in terror. I got out of the ditch and swept his legs out from under him, causing him to fall, but letting the fireballs zoom over him and crash into a nearby pile of debris.
