Izuku's POV:

I woke up the next day as my entire body was aching all over. I found myself still in the clothes that I had worn yesterday, forgetting to change out of them as I had intended to take a quick nap before I changed. I looked at the clock to see that I had woken up much later than my usual time, where I would start my morning workout, but based on my current conditions, I don't think that it would be plausible for me to do so. I had some remaining time left before breakfast was served, so I went online to see if any articles could give a more in-depth detail of the attackers, but what they wrote was nothing new and any further information about them is still undergoing investigation which is to be expected since it was only recent and may take a week for any relevant information to come out.

I had turned off the computer as I laid on my bed to replay what had happened to see if I missed anything yesterday. There was nothing I can go off of since I couldn't really see anything, I mostly went through sounds of fighting and the conversation I had with that guy at the exit.

Izuku: 'What happened?' I thought to myself as a chunk of memory was missing from the time my leg was injured to me getting him pinned.

I tried so hard to remember but nothing seemed to trigger my memory. I looked at the clock once more to see that I had about 20 minutes before breakfast was served. I slowly got up as I cleaned myself and got dressed. I wore a long-sleeved shirt and pants to cover up the bandages so that I wouldn't get any more attention at school.

I had breakfast with mom and she later dropped me off at school. No one took notice of my injuries since they were too disgusted by me to notice anything about me.I heard some talks about how they wanted to go to the museum of support gear but their parents had to postpone it due to yesterday's incident.

Katsuki: "DEKU!" I hear him yell for me as he stomps towards me with his crew behind him. "WHY WERE YOU IN SUCH A RUSH YESTERDAY!?" he yells into my ear.

Izuku: "I-I was ha-hanging out w-with a friend." I nervously said.

Katsuki: "What friend? What kind of person would hang out with you? You better not be-" as he picks me up from my seat, shutting my eyes shut, prepared for the worst, but there was a moment of silence.

I slowly opened my eyes to see what's going on. Kacchan's eyes were hidden by his hair as he then set me back down and left.

Katsuki: "One of the types of people I hate are liars." he said out loud as he passed by his friends to return to his seat.

Friend#2: "But what about-"

Katsuki: "Can it! If he's annoying I'll deal with it myself." he said, making his friends look at each other before they shrugged their shoulders and returned to their seats

I didn't know why Kaachan stopped himself from going further but I had to straighten out my clothing to make sure none of my bandages were poking out. The teacher came through the door as she looked over the entire class.

Teacher: "It seems that Midoriya isn't causing a disturbance first thing in the morning. I wonder how long that'll last." As she then opens her book to start attendance.

The day seemed alright. It was the usual jokes and criticism about me, but the only thing that seemed odd was that Kacchan didn't come to me at all through the day after attendance. He sometimes does this on random days but I couldn't find a correlation on why he stops. He even told his friends to stop going after me if he isn't the one leading the charge.

I didn't put much thought into it though since I was quite busy myself, especially since I still planned to help Nakuru-San with his order today.

After classes had ended, I packed up my bags as I slowly walked to the station. Although my legs still needed time to heal, I figured I could just do some light work that doesn't put too much strain on my legs.

After I arrived at the dojo, I did some basic warmups, but I did flinch a bit whenever I moved my legs a bit. Sensei was also keeping an eye on me as well, more so than usual as he sat on the wooden floors. He got up from his seat and told me to stop.

Izuku: " What's wrong sensei?" I question as I was out of breath trying to be careful when moving my legs around.

Akio: "Let me see your legs." He said with a serious look.

I wanted to refute him but his eyes told me that he wasn't going to take no for an answer. I sighed before I rolled up my pants to show the bandages that covered them. He crouched down to see the damages to my legs, looking disappointed.

Akio: "What happened?" While still looking at my legs.

Izuku: "There was a small accident that happened," I said to him.

Akio: "What kind of small accident can cause a deep cut and this much bruising to your leg?" He questions as he gazes up at me.

I sighed as I couldn't keep it hidden.

Izuku: "You know that incident at the museum? I was there when it happened and some villain came and attacked me and Mei's family. So I told them to leave to call for help while I stayed behind and fended him off." I was saddened since I couldn't get the words of what LH said about how idiotic it was.

He stood back up as I waited for another talk about how I shouldn't have done that. Instead, I was met with a head pat and a warm smile as I looked up at him.

Akio: "That's good to hear. I'm not training you so you could fight villains but also protect others. It's great that you stayed behind to defend your friend." He said as he then grabbed my hand and guided me to his house, " but it's not good for you to train through injuries like these. Training can happen anytime but the body can not wait, it needs to be healed first." He then placed me in the dining room. "So rest and come back when your legs are completely healed, we'll resume training after that. But for now, let's eat since you're here." He said to me before he left to get the food.

After he left, I felt happy and proud of myself. I knew what I did wasn't wrong but it wasn't reassuring after being scolded by a hero. Hearing from Mei and sensei talk
