Izuku's POV:

Yaoyorozu-san and I have been having a nice conversation using a small chalkboard as my hearing wasn't working great. Then she had questioned me if I was aware of the previous tears in my eardrums, which surprised me at first. I originally chalked it up to Daichi's lighting strikes as they are known to cause loud thunder, but then my mind slowly delved to all the times Ka-cchan had used his quirk on me, using his explosions so close to my face, despite them being weak, they were still near my ears, which may have caused my eardrums to rupture. But I couldn't tell her that as I didn't want her worrying for me, like how Daichi and Ichika have been doing as I can handle myself.

I had written down on the board that it may have been from sparring against Daichi, which drew a questionable look from her. Before she could take the board to further prolong this question, I had quickly erased it as I then questioned her life at school as I haven't really been asking much about it.

She had seemed to tense up for a moment as she didn't move a muscle. She then slowly turned to me as she grabbed the board and wrote something down.

Momo: 'Everything's going great.' was what she wrote down as it looked like she was forcing herself to smile, which made me give her a suspicious look as I took the board and questioned her if she was really fine, causing her to slightly panic as she took the board back and wrote down 'Yeah. The teachers and my classmates have been nice to me.' was what she wrote.

It felt like she was still hiding something from me, but it didn't look like she was lying, so I had to let go. I slowly wrote on the board, asking how her progress with making the nano version of items has been going, which seemed to get an excited reaction from her as she quickly got off the bed and headed over to the nightstand. She hovered her hand above the nightstand as she then activated her quirk, seemingly making something but I wasn't able to see it clearly.

She then made a regular-sized magnifying glass as well and handed it over to me. I used it to magnify the area where her hand was once at, and from there, I was able to make out a small matryoshka doll of herself, that was the size of the diameter of a hair strand. I was highly impressed by how much her quirk had improved in closing the space between molecules, which unknowingly sparked my analyst brain as I then quickly took into an observation mode of the exponential growth in the evolution of her ability to manipulate the distance between molecules, delving even deeper towards what other applications there could be with this ability.

I then felt a sudden tap on my shoulder, breaking me out of my muttering as I then turned around to see Yaoyorozu-san smiling and looking like she was anticipating something. I thought about what she could be waiting for, then the idea of her waiting for her to be praised came to mind, so I patted her head as I told her congratulations, at a volume that I thought was audible enough for her to hear, as I then smiled at her while I closed my eyes.

When I opened my eyes again, I saw her looking down embarrassed as her face was a slight red, which puzzled me as Nakamura-san, Suzuki-san, Sensei, and also Daichi had done this to me on many occasions when they were praising me before. I had let go of my hand as I then tried questioning her if that wasn't what she wanted, which she shook her head no and grabbed the chalkboard and wrote down how it was more than she expected as a reward.

Still confused as to why she was embarrassed, I continued on by saying how she's ready to attempt in replicating and miniaturizing the prototype nano-bot I have, which spawned a more calmed and relaxed look from her as she then nodded her head to me, showing that she was ready.

I took out my UCS and pulled out the blueprints for the nano-bots. I had downloaded the blueprints to a USB I had in my backpack and then handed it off to her.

Izuku: "This contains the blueprints and components to the nano-bot design. It doesn't have to be a success the first time as you're still getting used to tech-oriented objects, but you should understand the basics of this design." I said to her in what I believed to be a low volume voice, which she then nodded her head to, showing that she understood what I was saying.

No One's POV:

Akane can be seen in her room, in the dark, as she was busy typing away on her computer, surrounded by trash as it appeared she had not left her room in a long time. Hiroto opens the door, not bothering with the trash on the ground as he walks over to her.

Hiroto: "You should get some sunlight. I haven't seen you this concentrated on a screen for anything before." he says to her, but she remains unresponsive as she continues typing away, making him sigh as he then closes in on her as he whispers, "I'll clean your room and make your favorite dessert if you step outside for the day." which got her to stop typing as she then glances at him.

Akane: "Rice bean cake?" she questioned as Hiroto nodded off to her. Akane had to stop for a moment to think if she was ready for a break before she quickly got up from her chair. "Alright!" she yelled out as she did a couple of stretches, "Now tell me why you're really here." she questions, "I know you won't bother with something like this unless something came up."

Hiroto: "Kaitou has landed in Japan." he hesitantly says to her.

Akane: "I see." she solemnly says to herself as glances back to her screen, only being twenty percent done in decoding the security around the sample of the drones she took when facing Izuku. "I wonder how that kid will fare against him," she said out loud, interested in the outcome of this before she walked out of her room while Hiroto put on an apron.

Back in Japan, Kaitou had gotten off his plane as he was wearing a disguise while carrying his suitcase.

Kaitou: "Now then, " as he takes off his shades, "Time to see what's the big deal is with this country." he then walks into the crowd, blending in among them.
