Izuku's POV:

While I was talking with Yaoyorozu while still in bed, it looked like an idea had popped into her head as she then left the room, saying that she'll be back quickly. I looked around the room while I was waiting to see if my stuff was here, but it looked like they were left behind in her room since they were probably in a rush to get me some help. Since I didn't have anything to meddle with, I was left to my own thoughts while I waited.

Momo' POV:

I headed out to the hallway to ask one of the maids for the tea that my parents drink whenever they felt exhausted. It felt appropriate for Midoriya to have some considering his condition. I wandered through the halls to see many of the servants. I didn't want to disturb their work since it looked like they already have a lot on their plate, but I wanted Midoriya to have something so his body can rejuvenate. So I went towards the maid that seemed the least busy as I then tug on her skirt.

Momo: "U-Um, excuse me." I called out to her as she stopped wiping the window and looked down at me.

Maid: "What is it young miss?" she asked politely.

Momo: "Is it possible to get some of the tea that father and mother get when they're exhausted? I want to give it to Midoriya."

Maid: "Of course. I will bring it to his room when it's ready." as she was about to set off but I held her down by the skirt as she looked confused while looking back. "What's wrong young miss?".

Momo: "Is it alright if I'm the one who delivers it to him?" I asked nervously, causing her to be stunned by my request.

Maid: "The tea will be hot and slightly heavy for you to carry. It is a servant's job to take care of trivial tasks so that the masters can put more focus on their work."

Momo: "But I wanted to do something for Midoriya." I said sadly as I looked down.

I could hear her sigh before she walked up to me and crouched down to me.

Maid: "I tell you what. How about you choose what tea set I use, since you know him better than I do, and you carry the cups while I bring over the teapot. Okay?" she asked, making me happy that I can be helpful to Midoriya.

We walked over to the kitchen while I held the maid's hand so that I wouldn't accidentally bump into any of the other servants. We stopped by the cabinets to decide what tea set we should use. I chose a mint green tea set with some flowery designs and a golden handle. The maid was making the tea while I wouldn't let go of the teacup and saucer. Once she was done making the tea, she also brought some snacks as well as we then headed off to where Midoriya was.

I slightly opened the door to poke my head through to see him being lost in thought, not noticing my presence until a minute later as he looked surprised and apologetic for not noticing me right away, causing me to giggle as I was used to this.

Momo: "I got a maid to prepare you some tea." I said to him as I fully opened the door to reveal me holding the teacup and saucer and the maid who was holding the teapot and a plate of snacks.

We set them down on the nightstand next to him as the maid poured the tea and said to not pour the tea ourselves if we wanted more but to call for one of the other servants for assistance before she left. He took the first sip as he was amazed at how refreshing it was.

Momo: "That tea is what my mother and father would drink when they're stressed out or exhausted. I thought it may help you as well."

Izuku: "Wow, thanks for being so thoughtful." he then smiled, causing me to slightly blush from embarrassment. That's when I remembered that I had wanted to show him something.

Momo: "Hey, check this out!" I said to him as I stuck my palm faced up as I activated my quirk while using the shrinking method. Out came two Matryshoka dolls that were around the size of a pearl, where one looked like me while the other one looked like Midoriya.

Izuku: "Amazing!" he said as he carefully picked up the one that looked like me, "Your skill to miniaturize things has improved at an alarming rate." he then started taking apart the Matryoshka doll.

Momo: "Thanks. I intended to show it to you earlier but-" as I stopped myself mid-way through while Midoriya's amazement slowly fell into one that looked like he was blaming himself and scratching the back of his neck. "I didn't mean to-"

Izuku: "It's fine. We promised we wouldn't hide anything from each other." he said as he gave a reassuring smile as I noticed the bandages around his wrist as his sleeve slowly fell down.

Momo: "Then would you tell me why you are covered in bandages?" I hesitantly asked, unsure if he was willingly telling me if he wanted to keep it hidden from me in the first place.

He stopped rubbing his neck as he placed his arm in front of himself, as he was silent.

Momo: "Listen, you don't have to if it's too hard for-"

Izuku: "No, it's fine. We promised that we wouldn't hide anything from each other. It was only a matter of time until this issue was brought up." he sighed and placed the Matryoshka doll of me onto the nightstand. "You know the incident at the museum?" he questions.

Momo: "Don't tell me-"

Izuku: "Yeah. I got injured while fending off the attackers to buy time for my friend to call for help." he said as he was lost in thought again.

I was shocked that he was in that event when it happened, let alone facing off against one of the villains. But that surprising moment slowly turned into amazement and encouragement as his training to be a hero, although quirkless, faced the enemy head-on. I clasped onto his hand as he slowly turned to me.

Momo: "Looks like you took your first steps of being heroic." I said with his smile

Izuku: "Looks like it." as he smiled as well.

We conversed for a while, not talking about studies but about each other as we told some funny stories that had happened. We had so much fun talking with each other that we didn't notice the time had gone by so quickly.

Izuku "Looks like it's time for me to leave." he said as he looked at the clock.

Momo: "Are you sure you're good to go? You can stay here overnight if you need more rest." I asked with concern.

Izuku: "It's alright. I don't want to take advantage of your hospitality on a day when I'm supposed to be working." as he stood up from the bed and did some light stretches. "Is it alright if I take one of the Matryoshka dolls you made? It's an achievement I like for both of us to remember."

Momo: "Sure, you can have-" as I was about to hand him the Matryoshka doll that looked like him from the nightstand, but he took the one that looked like me.

Izuku: "Now we both have miniversions of each other." as he chuckled, "Now I have to go get my stuff, I'll see you at the entrance." as he waved off before he left the room.

I was left with the Matryoshka doll of him in my hand as I was just staring at it before I clenched it in my hand and placed it against my chest as I smiled delightedly.

Momo: 'I have a matching set with a friend.' I thought, thinking this was a friend thing I have never gotten to experience before, which strangely felt off calling it a friend thing, but I brushed it off as I was too delighted to have a friend experience.
