_________________________It wasn't exactly like his mind was typically filled with the thought of drugs and substances, even though he was mainly surrounded by those exact element in his life 24/7. He hasn't ever typically had an intrusive thought of even trying drugs, or simply drinking the tiniest bit of alcohol. Yet seeing how everyone around him let loose the way he wanted to be, after consuming those wasteful amount of drugs that dragged the years out of your body..he couldn't help but feel slightly attracted towards it.
Or maybe it was the fact he had to comfort himself, knowing this was like the seventh time he walked around school carrying drugs on him, and he still hasn't been caught for any suspicious behaviour. Maybe It came naturally to him now, maybe he wasn't as worried as he always anticipated. Perhaps he was just so done to the point he just needed to grab that notebook and go home to study all his might.
Though, most logically, dealing drugs around school isn't exactly the most convenient thing. If he was acting the tiniest bit suspicious, or protectively holding onto the school back like most first timers typically did, he'd be in trouble. But at this point, he just let his backpack slide against the floor as he walked exhausted towards the boy's restroom.
He barely had any energy left. He could feel his stamina decrease significantly as he walked further towards the restrooms. Eyes glaring sharply to see better, sweat dripping from his forehead as he breathing was heavy and uncontrolled.
Having an eating disorder was one thing..but the symptoms was on a whole other level. His hair was thin and fragile, he had bruises not obtl from his parents on his body, he was cold, irritated, in a bad mood, sleepy and exhausted. Hid eyes had difficulties opening themselves fully as he stumbled into the restroom. Spotting Hajun and his so called squad, all hanging around in there.
"Ay, got my stuff dude?" Hajun spoke as he threw his cigarette on the ground, approaching the smaller who looked up at him and huffed.
"Yeah, so much for a long walk" he complained, unzipping the bag as he pulled out the bags of goods.
His eyes lingered to the drugs contained in the bags, yet he ignored the urge to even feel curious enough to talk about it.
"Wanna booze up my friend?" He asked enthusiastically, swinging his arm around his shoulders and pulling him close.
He could smell the smoke that Hanju was smeared in, how his hands ruffled through his hair roughly, pulling at the already damaged pieces. His heart sunk, afraid he'd have to do something he certainly wouldn't like.
He glared as he coughed slightly to regain the attention of the seemingly stoned male.
"The notes" he spoke briefly, earning a soft nod in return with an arrogant chuckle before Hajun went into one of the stalls.
"You just keep being good kid! Alright?! You zip your mouth so well when I give you just the smallest in return" he laughed as he sat down at the sink counter.
"I surely hope this is the last time dude" another one of Hajun's fellow friends spoke. Standing out withing the crowd as he approached. "Next time go to some nerd for help, instead of blackmailing Hajun all of the time".
Jeongin scoffed at the statement. Glaring at the guy before turning his back and sighing.
"Then keep your friend Hajun in place, he can be a bit of an control freak when it comes to being decently nice towards other people. And by the way, the dealer said you still owe twenty bucks for an extra amount, he'd like that to be given withing 2 days" he delivered, leaving the restroom for good as he was finally excited to get the rest of the school day over with, so that he could relax.
He couldn't care less about Hajun's drug addiction, he could only give a fuck when he needed the notes. Sighing, he opened the notebook to get a slight preview, also checking if everything is how it should be. He nodded as he gazed over the numbers and letters, smiling a bit to himself as he felt successful in completing yet another mission for his own good advantage.
He could hear the sound of his stomach growling at him, which was unusual. His body should be used to it at this point. He packed away the notebook as he quickly entered the next assigned classroom. Feeling his throat dry up, his palms become cold yet sweaty as he stumbled to one of the seats by the back. He breathed heavily once again, seeing spots in his vision, the silence become uncomfortably loud and his stomach ached like it never has done before.
"Ah..shit" he groaned, clutching around the stomach as he looked around the room, feeling hopeless knowing there wasn't a single person around..and he couldn't afford to walk any longer, his legs cramped so badly..
The world was spinning around him in milliseconds. His eyes darted to corners in search for frantic help, he could feel the shiver down his spine, the coldness creeping up his back, engulfing him for good.
"I..h-help?" He mumbled confused, he could feel his head as it ached, his body trembling like never before.
He immediately glanced up slightly, as he saw the homeroom teacher enter the classroom.
"Oh, Yang Jeongin..why aren't you out with your friends hm?" She asked, smiling softly at the boy who barely could mumble audible words.
He clutched his hands together as coughed softly, trying to stand up in a poor attempt to grasp the attention of his teacher.
He didn't know what was happening to himself. He felt so dizzy and out of place, like the world was zooming in and out constantly as it ran a hundred miles an hour.
"Jeongin? Are you okay? Do I need to take you to the nurses office?" She asked, walking up to him as she got a hold around his arm. "Yang Jeongin, are you-" she cut herself off with a surprised yelp, as he felt to ground between the tables, hitting his head on the corner as he laid there..shivering and feeling cold.
He could hear the faint yet frantic woman above him, making a phone call, and as he blinked more and more..he slowly fell into a deep dark void of nothing..it all went pitch black.
