You had been a B.S.A.A operator since the whole thing first started or at least around that time the operation was banding together. Skilled in your field and your fighting capabilities over all. But most importantly you were there when Raccoon City fell, leaving the city through evacuation alone. Losing everything you had there, everything you loved and worked for was gone right in front of your eyes. Making it out of there with the proof that you could survive on your own through a hellish land like that. You were contacted by many, what happened while you were in there, how you did it and if you were interested in many places for work for your skill. At first you weren't interested in doing anything for them. You were just caught in the middle of everything, you weren't special at all or had any skill. A normal life was what you wanted and you weren't going to let some agents stop you from achieving that. 

Yet when you got to know Chris he proved you wrong in so many ways that you doubted about yourself. Asking to go get coffee so he could discuss what he does and why he would like for you to join instead of showing up where you live and asking you to join like some other agencies have in the past. 

As soon as you first saw him, he didn't look like a scary mercenary. No he greeted you with a warm welcome, and asked what you would like to have since it was on him. If you hadn't known why he wanted to see you, you would have thought this would have been like a blind date scenario playing out. But seeing that normal side of him really made you comfortable to just chat and hear him out for once instead of turning him down. He first apologized for not knowing what it had been like being there in Raccoon City to you when you first started talking. Explaining he had dealt with those monsters before on a mission right before Raccoon City went up in flames. But his sister and partner in his old work had been and told him the tales of what had happened to them and what was really going on in the city. Which was why he wants to put an end to bioweapons permanently. Knowing what was really going on and how corrupt people were back then. He swore he would get rid of bioweapons for good and save the people from being exposed to them.

At first you were quite confused as to why he wanted you to be a part of his organization. After he explained his line of work, his training and his partners training it made you self conscious about yourself. They seemed like trained professionals but you were just some average person with a little bit of self defense classes underneath your sleeve and a whole lot of luck on your side. But once he made you realize how much you had lost and how they were going to put an end to anything like that ever happening again. You felt as though this was a good cause and overall a good idea to protect everyone else from having to deal with what you dealt with. You would never wished what had happened to you on anyone else ever, not even if they were your greatest enemy. But what really got you was telling you he realized you didn't have any background like he did. That he would help train you to fight those monsters with this line of work. Even complimenting you on making it out of there alive with no training what's so ever. That even a bit of training would make you almost unstoppable with your determination.

You didn't really know what came over you, but you reached over and shook his hand at the end of your meeting. Telling him it would be a great idea for you and that you were looking forward to working and training with him. He seemed overall pleased with your answer, stating he was looking forward to working with you as well and that they could use someone like you on the force. From that moment forward you became a part of the B.S.A.A, even sort of a founding member since it was just starting out around that time too. 

Time went on, you trained and fought then trained some more. Becoming one of the best on the squad and Chris' right hand man when Jill was doing her own thing and her own missions since she was like a leader as well. You have gone on missions, scouting and more to stop the bioweapons crisis going on in your world. You wouldn't have it anyway other way too, glad that you choose this path in your life instead of letting it slip by you. Even if some days were quite draining, you still got back up again and fought some more by his side like always.
