————————

A groan escapes your lips as you feel your body be shaken by someone in front of you. This pain in your head never subsided as your eyes squinted while they were shut. Irritation filled you from whoever was trying to wake you. Confused as to what was going on yet exhausted enough to not even care at this point in time. Slowly your eyes began to open, finding the girl you have been tagging along with on this island trying to shake you awake with a new face beside her. You groaned as you started to sit up in the spot you had been dumped at, glancing around the place in curiosity.

"Where am I....w-what happened Claire..who's this? Where is Steve?" bombarding her with questions since you felt you had been left out of the playing field for a while. Your hand pressed up against your forehead as she stared at you. Unsure as to what she should even answer first at this point since she too was knocked out.

"This is my brother Chris Y/n, the one I've been looking for on the island with you and Steve. After I sent that email to Leon, he got into contact with Chris soon after. He's here to save us" Claire replied as you began to push yourself up off of the ground. Watching him as he stood there with a gentle smile on his face. You smiled back at him, nodding your head in approval of him and as thanks. As your hands started to dust off your pants you began to wonder what truly happened while you were out.

"This doesn't make sense though where are we?....We need to find Steve, I'm not leaving without him alright" The last thing you remembered was taking out that huge monster in the snow. Making your way to a snow mobile for your escape, you were so close to getting out of there. The keys were still in the damn thing, yet before you knew it you were grabbed and pulled out from underneath you. Hitting your head on the ground below must have knocked you out long enough to be brought here. You missed the inmate you felt yourself falling for, you missed the way he looked at you. Those sarcastic remarks he would make on occasion make you laugh. Your hand was brought to your side, clutching your gun that sat there. In no way would you be knocked out and still have all your ammunition and guns. There was something else going on here yet nothing came to mind with how confusing everything was.

Suddenly as you were about to speak up once more and ask a question soft giggling started to appear behind you all. Your hand pulled out your gun as you turned to look over your shoulder. There stood a girl with snow white blonde hair and a purple dress, just like how that girl looked in the picture. She looked exactly like her now that you thought about it, sending a shiver down your spine once you made the realization that it had to be her. That her brother was out of commission to be playing as her right now. She had her gloved hand covering the bottom half of her face as she laughed at you three that stood downstairs.

"You're Alexia Ashford" Claire spoke up, her voice laced with shock as she watched the girl upstairs laugh consistently. The girl started to stand, holding the railing to easily raise herself up from the floor.

"Oh, you know my name?"

"We thought you were dead" You responded, remembering her brother dressing up as her to keep himself occupied as if he wasn't already insane.

"No, I've just been hibernating for 15 years to become one with the Veronica virus"

"The Veronica virus?"

"I still have some experiments to perform, would you care to play along? Your friend awaits you in the Coliseum. You don't want to be late" She replied with a grin as she began to walk off, her hair bouncing in the back as she laughed while making her exit. Your gun was clutched tighter in your grasp, hearing her voice just annoyed you even more than what you already were. Steve was in the Coliseum, waiting for you there with no protection. There had to be something going on, why would she separate you two from him.
