No one would realize how desperately you wanted a break right about now from your mission. It seems like no matter what you do you always get fucked over in the end as well as your partner. Getting sent here to retrieve the president's daughter, a mission only to be trusted by the most respected and higher ranking agents. In your mind you knew this wasn't just going to be some walk in the park. You weren't exactly prepared for what you have currently faced up until this point in time, though you were prepared enough for the shit show to begin. At which it had begun as soon as you entered the village and it had only gotten worse up until now. The sad fact was you didn't keep that hope that it would be any better.

Ashley was your top priority, your main mission as you came to this area sent by the president himself. No matter how tired you were, how hurt or how sick you felt you had to find her and bring her home. So when you had found her in that church you truly felt like your mission was over. All you needed to do was request a helicopter out of there and the mission would be over. The thought of a nice warm meal and some alcohol really hit the spot was all you could imagine. 

But it seemed like from there everything just started to fall apart, monsters coming after you more often, the virus that seemed to plague you three had gotten worse, running into a castle where this small guy in a wig decided that he must capture Ashley at all costs. To make her join the family and let her body be consumed by the plaga infested in her. Which sadly is at the point in time where you were now, well past that point by just 20 minutes maybe. Salazar managed to capture the blonde girl you were supposed to look after. His henchman threw you and your partner down into the abyss of the well below expecting you to perish just like anyone else he threw down there. Yet what he hadn't realized was the fact that both of you were skilled and managed to drop down without earning an injury. It was a time consuming set back, especially since you were all the way down into the lower floors. Having to call for an elevator that took a century to even drop to the lowest floor you were on. But worst of all you had to fight Salazar's henchman before even escaping.

"I fucking...hate this place" You muttered as your back leaned up against the elevator walls once you slipped down and sat on the floor. Slowly your knees were brought to your chest, shaking from the adrenaline rush you had minutes before. The feeling of fear coursed throughout your body as you ran from the monster that climbed the ceilings and into the flooring to try and kill you. Even the liquid nitrogen tanks couldn't stop the foul beast as it chased you around the whole basement level up until you call for the elevator and managed to escape it as it roamed below still.

"I know....we just need to get back to Ashley and take her back from that freak upstairs"

"It's not going to be easy you know that right?"

"Has anything been easy on this job so far? Look we need to stay focused here, we are the only ones that can get her back"

"Aye aye captain" you replied as you felt the elevator shift, the speed was starting to decrease as you heard the brakes hitch. The doors started to move on their own as they opened up to your destination. Revealing a certain someone that had called you both on radio an hour or so before after telling you to come and save him. You couldn't express how happy you felt when you had seen him, the brunette leaning up against the metal support beam with a bow in his hand. A yellow tape strip over the side to either keep the lid on or as a way of marking what it was. 

"I'll make it cheap for you" He exclaimed with a sly smirk on his face as he shook the box in his hand. The weight of the elevator shifted as your partner stepped out of the machine, your gaze was on him as he stepped forward toward the Spaniard standing there. Half expecting to hear an argument break out between them already.
