I had been cleaning for about 15 minutes, the dishes were done, laundry wasn't around the house and all the garbage had been picked up. Karl heard a knock at the front door and walked over there. Before he even opened the door he could smell the person outside, they smelled like cotton, and vanilla. I unlocked the deadbold and slide bolt before peeking open the door. I saw the guy look up and make eye contact with me. He had a warm smile on his face, he was wearing a white tshirt and jeans, he had a scar over one of his eyes and the eye looked glassy. He also had a beanie on that covered most of his hair, but there were still dark strands peeking out here and there.

I fully opened my door and motioned for him to step inside.

Alex Pov

I don't think that the omega infront of me realized he wasn't dressed. I stepped inside and looked at his nervous face for a moment, "How long have you been awake?" He thought about it for a moment, "maybe an hour, why do you-" His eyes widened and he looked at what he was wearing, which was nothing but an oversized hoodie "Oh my god I'm so sorry, it's just I woke up with this fever and it's getting worse, I just got kicked out, I'm worried about all this heat bullcrap." I just smiled at his slight distress, "Well your grandmother Maragret was my grandmother's best friend, she recently passed away and your grandmother reached out to me for mulitple things."

"She talked about my grandmother for a while and then also told me about you. She said that your parents were planning to kick you out sometime soon seeing as you were an omega about to turn 21, I hate that that happened to you, but she wanted me to try and help you and that's what i'g going to do."

"See Karl I work for Mfin, we help Omega's in heat. You do know what that is yes?" He nodded his head and I felt a wave of relief go through me, thankfully I wouldn't have to explain that to him. "Ok, well I own a housing company. Basically an Omega in heat can come in and be given a room for as long as their heat lasts, or there is a program where unmated Omega's can come in and have chances to find a mate. We have Alpha's call in all the time and there is a list they are on. They all have chances to come in and meet an Omega who is also looking for a mate. If an Omega just wants help during heat of course there are things to deal with that but some Omega's find their mate's in the program."

"I have a room being setup for you, they can also come get your things out of this apartment, we need to go soon though before your heat gets any worse grab anything you immidetly need, I'll help."
