The shipyard has returned to accept the requests from the readers! It's not back on full steam, given that I am busier than I used to be back when the shipyard was available, plus we're putting some extra rules for ship designing.

On another note, this is not for ships anymore. You can help expand the Naval Conflict Universe as a whole, it's massive and there's space for so many events and people to be created, we just need the ideas and the effort.
