"The War of the Empires" continued for many years and that was beneficial for the development of the military of all the empires around the world. The Rome Empire already had its H-100 as a class of contingency ships and the Sun Empire had Amaterasu, so as an answer to that, the Red Empire developed its own class of contingency ships, the class Arkhipov of hybrid carriers. Secretly, the intention of building such a ship was also to counter the contingency ships of the Revolution, Monarch and Eagle Empires. Three ships of this class were built, Arkhipov, Beregnia and Shtorm, but the last one, however, was converted to an aircraft carrier, but you can clearly see the parts of the hybrid carrier.

The 5th highest rank in terms of length belonged to this class, with the size in length of 2560 meters, while the beam had 480 meters and lastly a draft of 125 meters. But the ship wasn't only great, it also had a great armor that could rival even Amaterasu and H-100 classes' armor, with ten meters of armor in the belt made of titanium, ten meters of steel protecting the barbettes while the turrets were protected by seven meters of steel, the conning tower was protected by an armor of 9.6 meters thick of steel. The last part, but not less important, the deck was protected with 5 meters of steel and 10 centimeters of wood above the steel.

As armament, the Arkhipov class had six triple mounts of 240 cm guns which were equipped with auto-loaders and could use shrapnel shells, but you still need to wait a long time to reload such big guns; 16 twin mounts of 40.6 cm guns equipped with auto-loaders and able to use shrapnel and ASW shells; 30 twin mounts of 38.9 cm guns used mainly for close-combat; 40 twin mounts of 15.2 cm dual-purpose guns; 120 quintuple mounts of 12.7 cm guns, the same guns used in the Novobrisk class, equipped with auto-loaders and capable of using shrapnel shells; 210 twin mounts of 5 cm guns, half-automated and belt-fed; and, lastly, 140 triple mounts of 12.7 mm machine guns.

In terms of aircraft capability, Arkhipov class showed to be quite good as well. As planes, the class only had 10 MiG-23 fighter-bombers but that was to open space for the 220 helicopters aboard the ship, 70 of them being KA-140, a helicopter just like a KA-50 but heavier and resilient; 40 KA-54 which are KA-31 but modern, bigger and obviously slower, used for the purpose of recon and help the ships to launch the missiles; 100 MI-142 which are improved MI-25 used to engage ships that come too close; and lastly 10 MaH-29 which are basically MI-26, large cargo helicopters used to send troops or supplies from or to the ship. All the copters and aircraft are kept inside the ship, being taken outside by lifters to take off from the helicopter pad in the stern and other in the bow, behind the missile launcher systems while the planes are launched by a vertical system in the stern, that goes down, perfectly horizontal, to be loaded with the plane and then raises to about 50 degrees, when he will launch the aircraft with a speed of 893 km/h.

The class was also the first and only of the time equipped with the missile systems for anti-ship and anti-aircraft. More specifically, 33 SSNA-59 "Hvezda" anti-ship missiles used the "Rozum" system, in which one missile was used to guide the others and if it was taken down, another missile would take the lead while the 20 BSNU-15 "Kometa" anti-aircraft missiles used a system similar to the "Rozum" one, but it detonates the missiles once an aircraft was detected near them, sending shrapnel everywhere around, almost impossible for an aircraft escape. Even with all the Arkhipov had, the 80 nuclear engines "Zvěřina" were capable enough of pushing the ships to a top speed of 28.4 knots.

The Arkhipov received an appearance scheme of someone called Renata Turgenev. From reports, it was the first every appearance scheme she did, but even if so, she proposed it. The whole ship would be painted with red and some details of gold in the edges, while a statue of Lenin was put in the bow of the ship, stepping in the deck and in the golden ornament in the bow, similar to the one Hammer has. On his hands, there's the golden mast with the Red Empire flag and the USSR flag hoisted on it. In the upper armor of the 4th and the 5th turrets of the ship, there were golden pentagons with a red star made from rubies in them and the classic soviet symbol on them. Many statues of people were displayed on the ship, as they seemed to be carrying the guns in which the barbettes were visible and also carrying the conning tower of the ship, showing that the people made the force of the nation. Also, on the cover of the missiles launches of the bow, were drew many golden stars, except the launcher in the middle, with the classic soviet symbol. Lastly, but not least, a red star with an "H" would be used on the helicopter pads instead of only the "H".
