The school went by fast thankful but I was left with a mountain full of homework that needed to be turned in so I wouldn't be able to hang around with the boys or Donna. I was sitting out in the living room with the tv on to drown out anything else around me while I was finishing up some math homework even if I had no idea what I was doing. My brother got up from playing with his train as he walked his way over slapping my leg.

"Ouch hey what was that for?" I question setting my work down and picking him up. He didn't say a word, reaching his hand out for me. "You know I have to do homework, right?"

He still didn't say a word leaning over to me planting a kiss on my cheek before crying out wanting to be back down to the floor. I shook my head, setting him down letting him waddle off to God knows where. I was about to get back to my homework when the phone jolted to life screaming its head off. A groan escaped my lips as I dragged myself off the couch over to the kitchen picking up the phone.

"Hello, the (l/n) aren't here right now, call again another time" I said slightly annoyed wanting to get back to my homework as I went to hang up the phone, I heard laughter on the other end.

"Hello (y/n) didn't mean to make you upset" Robin spoke with a slight scratchy voice. He was finally up!

"Oh, hi robin you didn't make me upset I've just been busy trying to keep up with school, when did you wake up?"

"Two hours ago"

"Well, it's about time you wake up everyone was so worried about you I'm not sure if Vance counts though" I said giggling a bit. He let out a chuckle on the other end.

"Sorry but bleeding wounds don't heal fast, I just wanted to call to hear your voice and I was hoping you could come see me but if you're busy then-"

"No way I'm coming to see you it's much better than homework in my face"

"See you soon princess"

"Shut it" I said, putting the phone back up and rushing off to my room. I know Robin wasn't much of the type to care about what people wore but I wanted to wear something good as I dug through my closet searching around pulling out a black plain t shirt and some jeans that weren't ripped.

"Where do you think you're going?" my mother asked standing in the doorway leaning against it looking down at me "you better not be skipping out on your homework young lady"

"I'm not, Robin woke up so I'm going to visit him for a bit then finish up my homework when I get back"

"You can see him another time" she scowled at me.

"But mom-"

"No, you're staying here that's finally" she said, turning away walking out to the kitchen. I stomp my way out to the living room picking up my homework, turning back to my room slamming the door behind as a loud bang erupts from the house. This was so unfair! I threw myself in the chair setting my homework down but couldn't concentrate on any of it. I had to see Robin and I couldn't just promise him something and back down from it that would make me a bad friend. If there is a will though there is a way.

Night soon fell as I finished up the last of my homework jumping up from my chair walking out into the living room where my mother was lying on the couch staring at the tv watching some drama show.

"Mom, I finished all my homework. Can I go now to see Robin?" I asked. There was no way she could say no right?

"No"

"Why!" I shouted, stomping my foot to the ground.

"Because I said no" she said. At this point there was no use arguing unless I wanted my ass to be whoop so now, I had to come up with another plan to find a way to see Robin. I made my way back to my room after dinner where I started pacing around the room wondering what to do till it hit me. I turned my head over to the window with a smirk. The only problem was that it locked if it shut so I would need a way to prop it open. The phone rang again from the kitchen as I rushed out the door picking up the phone before my mother could get the chance.

"(Y/n) you there?" Robin asked, a linger of hurt in his voice.

"Yeah" I whisper under my breath leaning against the wall, guilt pouring into the pit of my stomach.

"Is something wrong?"

"Yeah, my mother not letting me come out, so I plan on maybe sneaking out"

"Are you taking lessons from Vance?"

"Nooo I just want to see you" I said, twirling the cord a bit around my finger. "I'll come see you when my parents fall asleep"

I didn't give him a chance to back me down as I put the phone back walking off to my room turning the lights off acting, I was asleep just to wait around for the perfect moment.

After about two hours of waiting everything grew silent. Now it was my time. I pushed myself off the bed searching around the room pulling out a few stacks of book setting them on the window seal testing it out to check that it worked before lifting my legs over pushing myself out landing on the ground perfectly taking a deep breath in I waited for a minute no lights turned on no sound came inside the house as I slightly cheered myself on running my way to the hospital bursting through the front door slightly out of breath. The lady at the desk lifted her gaze to me.

"Who are you here for?"

"Robin Arellano" I said leaning against the desk as she checked off something then explained where he was as I nodded my head mumbling a slight thanks making my way to the elevator pressing a button as it dings when the door opened. I was making my way to the room when I stopped by the cafeteria seeing a guy sitting by the window with long locks of black hair falling around him. He turned his head as our eyes met. I was quickly making my way over to Robin as he held his arms out as I waited for this moment falling into his arms hugging him close never wishing to let go.
