chapter one hundred and twenty

Along our walk I kept trying to ask each of the boys for a hint as Vance agreed to give me one hint but I would have to cough up my quarters so he could play some pinball machine as I debated the idea in my head. I didn't have any quarters left but if I could ask one of the workers if they could give me some quarters in exchange for a dollar then I could just hand that over to Vance.

"Okay I agree, what's the hint?" I asked leaning against Griffin as his grip on my hand tightened a bit.

"Animals" Vance said as the others shot a glare at him as Robin mumbled something to him before hitting his arm as Vance hit Robin back.

"Hey, no fighting" Bruce said before Robin could hit back again as Bruce moved his spot away from Billy standing in between the two of them. I couldn't help but giggle a bit as we kept walking down the street. Out the corner of my eye I noticed Finn stiffening up a bit as I wondered what was going on before realizing we were by the grabber house as I turned my gaze away using my free hand to grab Finn pulling him closer to my side along with Griffin as we walked by.

"I wish they would just get rid of that house" Finn mumbled as I nodded my head placing a kiss on his cheek turning my head placing a kiss on Griffin's head making sure he was alright.

"Hey, no kiss for us doll?" Vance asked

"Come over here then" I said with a slight smirk as Vance walked behind me picking me up off my feet pulling me away from Finn and Griffin while turning me around, so we were faced too faced tilting my head back a bit as he started to kiss me. I melted into the kiss pulling him closer while the others got slightly annoyed. I was giving Vance all my attention as we kept kissing till, I pulled back needing some air. I jumped out of his arms giving Bruce and Billy a quick kiss to share my attention as I walked over to Robin side kissing him on the lips as his face turned a bit red before he pulled me back for another kiss as my face started to turn red. He smirked at me before wrapping his arm around my side as I leaned my head against him. We kept walking as I suddenly heard the sound of what sounded like a loud trumpet with a roar following behind.

"We're going to the zoo?" I question looking at each of the boys as Bruce gave me a warm smile nodding his head. Quickly I raced out of Robin arm running past them up to the entrance as they gave chase after me. I ran up to the front doors waiting for the others to catch up as Bruce held the door out for me as I gave him a kiss on the cheek thanking him before walking in digging in my pockets pulling out a dollar handing it over to the worker as she let me in. the others did the same as Finn walk off to grab a map for us while I went off to the gift shop looking around at the stuff animals, toys, and clothing that was displayed before walking over to one of the worker handing the extra dollar I had in exchange for four quarters handing them off to Vance as he quickly stuffed them into the pocket of his jean jacket.

"See anything you like darling?" Bruce asked, looking around the stuffed animals.

"Yeah, but I already got a whole bin of stuffed animals that are just collecting dust" I said looking at one of the zebras stuffed animals turning my attention away walking out the gift shop before I could change my mind as Finn was looking down at the map pulling out a pen, he had from his pocket circling some exhibit as he waved his hand to me motion me to come over.

"Love is there anywhere you like to visit?" he asked, holding the map out to me. There really wasn't much on there that I hadn't seen before beside the black bears as I pointed at their exhibit as Finn circled it. Bruce and Vance came over as Vance snatched the map out of Finn's grasp looking it over.

"There are no exciting animals" he said, handing the map back to Finn.

"Vance, you're just being stubborn" Bruce said, patting Vance back. The others soon came over to join us as I took Billy hand this time walking along with him as we stopped over to look at the zebra first who were all running around as one of the zebras was laying down with her baby running around her. Next, we stop by the giraffes who were just walking around. 

"This is boring" Vance groaned out "can we go see the lions?"

"Be patient Vance" Bruce said wrapping an arm around my waist as we looked at the bears as one of them was chewing on some food while laying on its side meanwhile two cuds were playing as I stared at them looking over to the sign reading it on how the zoo started because of an orphan black bear named William Jennings Bryan was given to the mayor as a gift in 1896. I turned my attention back to the others grabbing Vance hand dragging him with me over to the lions watching his face light up with a bit of excitement as I smirked.

"I thought you said there were no exciting animals? you seem excited to see the lions" I said with a slight smirk as he wrapped his arm around my waist ignoring my question as he looks over at the lions. the zoo would be closing soon though as we went around looking at the other animals before leaving with the rest of the guest as I found myself lying in Billy arms as we started walking back to my house as the boys each gave me a kiss before leaving to go home as I made my way inside to my bedroom throwing myself under the covers of my bed and closing my eyes falling to that blissful sleep.
