chapter ninety

(Just a heads up this chapter and the next chapter are slightly going to be longer than the others and thank you all for still sticking with this story and supporting it. I'll still be making a lot of chapters left so enjoy)

This time I was back in the forest again sitting against a tree reading a book under the shade while the boys were hanging around me messing around with each other. I kept glancing up waiting for that light to come back wondering if it would come at all. I got up to my feet closing my book as I looked over at the boys, a small smile tugging at the corner of my lip as an overwhelming feeling of confidence came over me while a thought crawled to my head. I made my way over to them as they all turned their attention to me. My heart started thumping more as I got close to them. I've liked them long enough and I think it was time to tell them.

"Is something wrong (y/n)?" Bruce asked

"No no, I just want to tell you all something"

"What is it?" Billy asked moving closer to my side

"I have a crush on you all" I quickly said looking up to see their expression, all their once happy faces turned sour as my heart started cracking a bit at the sight in front of me.

"I'm sorry (y/n) I don't like you, I like Donna" Finn said the first to turn away from me and walk off as I felt a piece of my heart leave with him the others one by one started leaving also as Vance stood there for a minute before leaving with the rest of them as I dropped to the ground holding myself tightly as tears threaten to spill at the corner of my eyes.

"Wake up wake up wake up" I whisper under my breath rocking a little bit hoping this was all a dream as I felt everything fade to black around me before a bright light swarmed around me.

I shot up in bed gripping the blankets tightly as I felt something wet on my cheek as I took one of my hands reaching up to my face finding myself crying a little as I took my hands wiping away at my eyes. Downstairs I could hear giggling as I found myself to be alone in Donna's room thankful. I took a minute to catch my breath to tell myself it was just a dream but what if it was true? No no no dreams are wrong sometimes and I'm not going to let it affect me this time. I pushed myself out of bed walking over to my bag picking up a fresh pair of clothes changing out of my Pj as I picked up Donna mirror looking at myself wiping a bit of leftover lipstick that smeared on my face overnight while picking up my hairbrush to fix my hair. I wasn't planning on going out later with the boys looking like a mess even though it would just be the movie theater and we would be left in the dark. Once I was finished, I walked downstairs finding the girls sitting around the couch talking to one another. I took a seat next to Maria and Elaine staying far away from Jane. Donna got up to go make us some breakfast before Elaine and Maria had to leave as she came back with Waffles serving us each a plate as I took mine picking up the fork digging into the waffles. when I was done, I got up walking into the kitchen placing my plate into the sink walking back over to the couch taking a seat as Donna gave me the remote to pick something to watch on the tv as I decided to pick to play my (f/s).

"Can you pick something else I don't like this show" Jane said

"Jane don't worry you can pick later" Donna said before I could change the channel as I slightly smirked to myself leaning back against the couch. 

"Oh, I love this show" Maria said turning her head to the tv as I caught a glimpse of Jane rolling her eyes a bit as she pierced her fork into the waffle. after an hour Elaine mother came by to pick her up as she hugs donna and said goodbye to us before she left. two hours later Maria's parents came to pick her up as she quickly said her goodbyes rushing out leaving me, Jane and Donna as Jane got a turn to watch tv playing some stupid show while I sat on the end of the couch looking out the window waiting for the boys as I started hearing a bunch of laughter then a knock at the door as Donna got up letting the boys in. I jumped off the couch running over to them giving a group hug minus Vance as he stood by the door waiting to leave and that's when Jane got up walking over to us well more to Vance.
