When Monday came around, I was still focused on Michael's question as I went around the hallways looking around for Michael. I had decided I would give Michael a chance. I did like him before we met, and my crush kept growing and what could the harm be? But after the bell rang, I gave up looking for Michael heading to English taking a seat pulling out my book.

Meanwhile Donna was walking to the first period with the boys as she told them about her plan. The boys had wanted help but if Michael caught on then the plan would be ruined so she said it just had to be herself. When she walked into class she noticed (y/n) was alone without Michael in sight.

"Hey (y/n)" Donna spoke to me as I tilted my gaze up to her. She had a more bubble smile then she often had as I wondered what had gotten her in such a good mood.

"Hi Donna" I said looking back down at my book before she took a seat grabbing at my attention again.

"So, what's going on with you and Michael?"

"Well, if you're talking about the library incident, he was just being a kind gentleman but there is something I have to tell you" I said grabbing her hands in mine. I really needed to get this off my chest and who better than to ask Donna who never tells another soul someone secret.

"What is it?" she asked, leaning forward so nobody else could overhear us as I was holding back a burst of happiness.

"Michael asked me out on a date on Saturday and I'm thinking I should go"

When those words left her lip Donna had a slight flash of worry but buried it down not wanting her friend to know. How could the plan work out now though?

"You should go, do you know where you're going?"

"No not yet I was hoping to talk to Michael about it, but I guess he isn't coming here" I said with a soft sigh while Donna rubbed my back a little giving me a generous smile. The teacher suddenly let out a cough gesture for us to do our work as we both mumbled out an apology grabbing our books. Then the door swung open as Michael came in, handing the teacher one of the passes before waving to me as he took a seat winking at me before picking up his book. Donna slightly glared at him but couldn't do much as she went back to her book of Romeo and Juliet. When the bell rang, I was grabbing my things while Michael stood next to my side.

"Michael, could you come with me?"

"Of course" he said as I held out my hand to him, our fingers wrapping around one another before I dragged him off to the back of school. My heart was soaring with excitement, but my brain wasn't as it kept flip flopping over then a thought of the boys had appeared as my heart stung a little, but I didn't want to think about it as we both took a seat on the floor. "What is it?"

"I want to go out on that date with you" I quickly said, rubbing my hands a little while tugging at my lip.

I couldn't believe she actually had wanted to go on the date, his heart thumping a bit. I had her now. Now he just needs to keep her happy and away from the boys. I took one of her hands placing a kiss on top of her knuckle giving her one of my warm smiles as I suddenly pulled her to her feet wrapping my arms around her waist. Her cute face turned all bright red as she looked away from me. She was too cute.

"How about this Saturday we go to a movie theater, is that okay?" I asked watching her face light up

"Yeah" she said with a small smile as I tilted her head up to look at me. in that moment I felt like I wanted to kiss her, but I pulled away it was too soon for any of that, and I wanted her to trust me.  out the corner of my eye I noticed a swish of dark brown maybe black hair fly by. I pulled my arms away from (y/n) as I took her hand in mine walking off to math class before we would be counted as late.

when I noticed my best friend and that prick walk off somewhere away from the others, I knew what it was as I pulled away from my group of friends following after the two like a spy hiding by the lockers in a darker area so she wouldn't be spotted. it was wrong to spy but I still wanted to help the boys anyway I could and if that meant by spying then so be it. when I noticed Michael looking down at my friend with that somewhat of a strange look, I knew that something wasn't right. so, I took off before anything could happen in their almost kiss as I went to choir pulling out a notebook writing out the new plan.

when lunch came around, I was the first one to be there to grab the boy's attention as I pulled them out the lunchroom as Vance was about to open his mouth complaining that he needed food.

"Michael and (y/n) are going on a date" I blurted out catching the boy's attention off-guard "Michael asked her out on Saturday and she told me that she was hoping to talk to him, and I caught them about to kiss"

"That mother fucker!" Vance shouted turning around as both Robin and Bruce pulled him back. Vance was fuming in rage if he never admits he liked (y/n) the most out of the others because she had respect him, treated him normal instead of hiding among the crowd in fear she understood, and he didn't want to see her go.

"Listen listen I have an idea" Donna said slightly backing up as the boys each looked down at her waiting for an answer "if I know where she is going on this date then I can show up and grab her attention"

"And where do we show up?" Robin asked

"You can help me to grab her attention I'm sure she missed talking to all of you if Michael not guarding her"

the boys agreed before we all headed to the lunchroom eat one of our stomachs grumbling for food.

while (y/n) and Michael were in the library again enjoy the silent but (y/n) still felt something deep down inside something that was eating her up but couldn't put a thought on what was causing it.
