chapter one hundred and twenty-six

After about a few hours of hanging out with Donna for a bit I made my way back home throwing my backpack to the floor before falling back on the couch. Samson came running out to the living room barking a bit wagging his tail as he started licking at my face.

"Oh god Samson, your breath stinks" I said pushing him away, rolling over to the other side of the couch as he whimpered, nudging his snout in my back before getting the message that I didn't want his breath near me as he sat down on the floor. I turned myself back around looking down at Samson laying my hand over his back, getting him a few scratches before reaching out, picking up the remote, turning the tv on when suddenly the phone sprung to life as Samson jumped up barking loudly. I pushed myself off the couch running over to the phone picking up as I heard a burst of laughter on the other end and someone shouting after that.

"Umm hello?" I asked twirling my finger around the cord waiting for an answer

"Hey mi amor" Robin said on the other end as I felt my cheeks turning red as I heard another voice behind him.

"Hi Darling" Bruce suddenly said as I assumed he must have taken the phone away from Robin.

"Hi babe, is everything okay?" I asked, hearing a big bang on the other end as I started to question what the hell they had gotten into.

"Yeah everything alright, we all wanted to ask you if you would like to spend the night with us" he asked. I had to think about it for a minute before quickly answer.

"Yes"

"Okay pack your bag up will meet you at my Robin house, I love you" he said

"I love you too" I said as the phone grew silent. I shook my head setting the phone down before walking back to my room while Samson came running in jumping over my bed as I search in my closet grabbing one of the empty bags, I had setting it down in my chair looking back in my closet taking out a pair of nice clothes for tomorrow along with picking out a pair of pj for the night as Samson tilted his head whimpering a bit knowing I was leaving as I looked over at him giving him a small smile. 

"Don't worry Samson I'll be back tomorrow, and I'll ask Billy if he like to go to the dog park then maybe you can be friends with Rover" I said scratching behind his ear as he jumped up barking happily as I kissed the top of his big block head before returning back to my bag packing up the rest of the things that I was probably going to need. I slung my bag over my shoulder walking out of my room over to the front door picking up my shoes putting them on picking up my keys waving Samson goodbye before walking out the door closing it behind me as I made my way down the street. 

when I step up to the front door, I could already hear the boys making a ruckus as I was slightly Suprise Robin's mother didn't already tell them to be quiet. I gave a few knocks on the door stepping back waiting for one of them to answer the door as the door swung open with Robin standing there. 

"Hey mi amor" he said kissing my cheek stepping out of the way to let me in as I walked in kissing Robin cheek before setting my bag down as I walked over to the living room finding the others as I took a seat on the couch watching the boys messing around till Robin's mother called us to the kitchen as I got up walking to the kitchen taking a seat on one plate was filled with tacos,  then on the other plate was a stack of tamales, some cemita, huaraches, molotes and etc. it all smelled good as Robin's mother gave us each of plate telling us to dig in as I took some of the tacos, tamales and the molotes quickly eating it down.

"Wow thank you Ms. Arellano" I said making sure my mouth wasn't full of the wonderful food. 

"You're welcome" she said with a slight smile. soon I felt full as I took my empty plate setting it next to the sink walking back over to my seat as the boys finished up their plates setting their plates down on top of one another as we left the kitchen as I was about to walk to the living room Vance stopped me. 

"Doll come on" he said walking to the front door putting his shoes on as I noticed the others doing the same thing. I didn't question it as I put my own shoes on following after the boys as we all started walking down the street everything was almost complete dark beside the streetlights guiding our way and the air felt a bit chiller as Bruce noticed taking my hand in his to give me some warmth as we kept walking till, we come to a halt near the forest as Finn and Griffin took a flashlight out switching it on as Finn handed his flashlight over to Vance who took the lead walking into the forest now I started to get curious.

"Hey, love what are we doing?" I asked looking up to Bruce as he looked down at me.

"we're going to that abandoned building because Vance wanted to go, do you want to go back to Robin house?" Bruce asks with slight concern in his voice. I shook my head no as we walked through the trees catching up with the rest of the boys as I almost ended up tripping over one of the tree roots as Bruce offer to carry me, but I refuse till I ended up almost tripping over something else. Bruce just laughed at me before crouching down as I jumped over his back wrapping my arms around his neck letting him carry me the rest of the way till, we got to the building as I Jumped off from Bruce back as I followed Vance as we settled ourselves in an empty room that wasn't the most dangerous as I sat on Vance lap resting my head against his chest as the boys started telling scary stories. I wasn't bothered by it till Griffin started to tell a scary story at first it started off with the whole usual teens on a dark night as Griffin went on explain a thunderstorm was coming as the teens ran to the forest to this abandoned building looking for shelter.

"As the two boys walked around the abandoned building, they could hear this tapping coming from above them. it went tap tap.... tap tap. they only thought it was the rain coming in as they kept exploring as they heard another tap tap, one of them went off to explore where the noise was coming from while the other stayed behind waiting for the other to return then-" suddenly a bang came from behind us as I jumped pushing my back against Vance chest as I looked around the room making sure everyone was still here as I sat back down in Vance lap as Griffin went on with the story "when his friend didn't return he started walking off looking for the stairs every time a tapping noise following him till he got upstairs everything went silent as he search around for his friend shouting his name waiting for an answer to be met with silent till-"

a tapping noise came from above us as I pushed myself off Vance lap.

"I'm out" I quickly said I didn't care if this was just coincident, but I wasn't going to stay any longer to hear the rest of Griffin story and I was starting to get tired as the others got up ready to leave as Griffin came over to me.

"I'm sorry babe" he said rubbing his arm a bit feeling bad as I wrapped my arm around him kissing his cheek.

"it's okay babe" I said with a reassuring smile as we all started walking back to Robin house. Once we got in there, I quickly took one of the mattresses that was placed out in the living room for us to sleep on while Robin took the right side and Finn took the left side leaving the others to pick the other mattress and for one to sleep on the couch as Vance quickly claim the couch before anyone else could while Griffin didn't mind sleeping on the floor wanting his own space while Burce and Billy could share the other mattress. I went off to Robin bedroom changing out of my clothes into my pjs walking back out as the boys were sitting watching a movie. I took a seat on the mattress laying my head back on one the pillows watching the movie with them till I closed my eyes falling asleep.
