"Give me a few minutes to think about this"

"Of course"

Once lady Portia left the room, Skye sighed. Liam stepped forward.

"What is his Highness thinking?"

"That director needs to be in jail for stealing government money and at the same time, he needs a more severe punishment" Skye said.

"Then why not both? You can punish him and send him to jail, after a trial of course"

"How long will the trial last?"

"A few hours, depending on whether the king is quick to make a decision"

"Then we'll wait until the king has returned. In the meantime we can just place the director in jail"

Liam nods.

"I shall call back Lady Portia"

Skye sighed and looked at the toddler next to him, Sam was busy playing a game on Skye's phone.

Portia returns and Skye stands up.

"As the Queen consort, I cannot make a decision on this matter. However, as the of the moment, His Majesty left me in charge so my decision is to place the director in a cell until the king has arrived to make the formal decision."

Lady Portia gave Skye a curtsey.

"Understood. Thank you your Highness"

He sits down and sighed. Prince's job was hard!

"Oh your Highness, your mother is here"

"A little bit to the left, one tiny bit to the right. Perfect"

Xavier stepped down the ladder and smiled when he looked back at their framed photo. It was the picture from their date at the amusement park, eventhough Benedict got shot later on that day, the couple agrees that this date was their favourite.

"How is it?" He asked and Benedict gave him a thumbs-up.

"Perfect"

They sit down on the couch and look around. During the day, the movers had helped them move in. Xavier's furniture was in a guestroom on the first floor.

"I can't believe my whole apartment furniture is a single room in this house"

Benedict laughed and lays his head on Xavier's shoulder.

"Don't worry about that. Did you see our neighbours? We have a lesbian couple on our right"

Xavier chuckled.

"Really? I didn't notice as I was carrying a couch."

"Well if you didn't knock me up I would've helped you" Benedict retorts making Xavier laugh.

"Well you know what, I Don't regret it"

The doll bell rings, the sound echoing inside the house. Xavier sighed and stood up, Benedict following behind.

Xavier opens the door and frowns when there was no one on the other side.

"Pranksters?" Benedict asked, he had seen a bunch of teens riding bikes during the day so maybe it was them?

"Maybe" Xavier says and closes the door. He enters the password for the alarm system and they make their way to the kitchen.

"What are you cooking today?" Benedict asked as he cat on the counter. The marble was cold against his exposed thighs.
