She took a look at her grandpa with glassy eyes and tossed her tongue by sucking it against her palate..
She took Magnus' pen which he hung on his scrub pocket, the one on his chest..
"There you are, my naughty doll is back" Asmo said, caressing the back of her head, which has tiny blond hair, which is thin and soft like a feather..
"Did Alec have breakfast ??" Magnus asked asmo
Asmo : yes he had and he called me like 10 times by now.. Like "dad please take care of her.. Don't let her cry too much… She cried all day and night on every immunization .. So and so and so " Asmo chuckled on describing Alec's concern towards Roxanna..
Magnus :It's Natural for a baby to react to an immunization.. I explained this to alec already but you know this fatherhood side of alec wasn't ready to accept the facts, and he is overprotective just like you(he chuckled on looking at asmo who laughed at him)
Asmo : and he said he will be here once his work is over.. (he added while swinging Rox's little hand which she love to enjoy the most)
Yes Alec joined in the fire station again… not in the fighting squad yet but he joined as a freshers trainer/coach .. His work was over by afternoon so he was the one to get back home first.. Sometimes he took Roxanna with him to his work and sometimes he left her home with asmo it depends on her sleep schedule..
Life after Roxana was pretty different no matter how hard the situation is, priority always goes with that little miss.. Asmo was there to help Alec in the daytime and when she took a nap Alec cleaned everything and cooked for everyone,he used to take bath in that little time, Rose helping him with household chores .. Maryse comes twice in a week and Izzy Clary and Jace Simon visit on weekends to have their own time with Roxanna…
Just because she was little, milk is enough for her to fill her tiny tummy… even though Alec was happy spending time with Roxana, Alec always misses his magnus, he waits for his magnus to get back to home.. Because things become more funnier if they are together..
Roxana was a very good baby with Alec until her daddy came back to the house.. Once she saw Magnus, she automatically changed from one mode to another… she literally became a premium version of magnus.. They used to spend time together a lot and Alec loved to watch them play and argue in their own language.. No matter how tired and hectic the day was, Alec always felt that relief when Magnus got back home and leaning on his arms fulfilled the day …
For Magnus, No matter how much his body aches or his legs hurt because of the work,the moment he sees Roxanna's smiling face and Alec's tired face which still lighten up in his presence make him feel like "home sweet home".... Asmo was helpful but Alec won't disturb him much. For malec Asmo is a baby too, a grown up baby they need to take care of.. Alec always prefers to give him some rest but Asmo volunteers because he loves to play with that little bean.. Now she is 10 months old… She could recognise her dads.. And she could recognise Asmo's warmth… She loves to be with those 3 people all the time… But when lightwood storms inside that house it becomes a party hall alert for her…
Lightwoods taking care of LB industries and so and so.. So asmo is so relaxed and just because alec is in full Dada mode.. Magnus was relaxed at work… Magnus took care of her the whole night. But Roxana is much of a night sleeper… So She woke up only 3 or 4 times at night, only to fill her tummy and drift back to sleep.. Alec sleeps like a dead person at night because that kid is really giving him a hard time during the day time.. Since she started crawling a month ago, she can stand for like 2 minutes with her own support . Alec has to keep his eyes open all time… sometimes things shatter.. Sometimes it got smashed, sometimes it got broken and sometimes it got straight into Alec's face who is good at defending himself so he is free from injuries…… She started to sleep either on Alec's chest or Magnus's chest in the night which felt loving for both of them.. Because she is cozy like Alec and sometimes they just end it with a kiss like little long kisses.. Intimacy is a bit of a struggle nowadays….. Even Though they both needed it so badly they just chuckled and hid somewhere behind the curtain or the door or the wall.. Or somewhere under the table or under the kitchen counter or top of it to do a little makeout when they felt they couldn't hold it anymore.. They barely have time and privacy to do that… But they used to talk a lot, this phase of life increases the communication bond between them … and showers their love in words, of course in their own mocking way…
