"Is she already here??" Magnus asked while entering the locker room..
Sam :yeah.. She announced for a quick meeting… and Anna was still sleeping.. I just called her. She is on the way.. (he said while changing into his scrubs)
Magnus : So early then… (he said and took his phone to check for any texts from alec.. But nothing was there.. He was about to leave a text but they got called for that quick meeting)
Stefanie (nurse) :Doct. Sam and Doct. Magnus… Ms. Marshal is there in the presentation hall already … (she let them know)
Sam :yeah.. Right there (he said and Magnus ran to the hall following Sam )
Magnus' eyes widened when he entered the dark meeting room.. The lady in black with high heels and floating hair reminds him of the girl with blue scrubs, flat shoes and high pony with clutch hanging on its half…
"Deva??" Magnus mumbled… she looked at Magnus and gave a single node to let them in and ask them to take a seat …
Sam :did you know her?? (he whispered on magnus ears)
Magnus :We were working in the same hospital on florida… (magnus breathed and went muted when deva cleared her throat…)
Deva : Hello doctors!!! I am Deva marshal.. Your dean's daughter.. I am taking charges from today…. I want to set some rules….i hope you all encourage and follow it..
1st :no more pending rules and regulations for anyone!!! (she said looking at magnus and Sam) .. Try to hold your professional ethics (she said looking at everyone)
2nd : be kind and make yourself available for the patients who are in need (she said looking at Sam for which sam scratch his head)
3rd :punctuality is more important (she said and as per timing Anna rushed into the meeting hall..)
Deva rolled her eyes and asked her to join them… Anna sat next to magnus..
4th : I am all ears for your problem… if the work pressure is too much or you Need anything you can ping straight to me.. No gossips to yourself… and to reduce your work pressure.. We are appointing new interns and doctors for extra support.. So you can share your workloads .. (she said and that's where everyone got Happy..)
Deva :and the doctors who are already in practice should help the new one.. Don't show your attitude to them.. Alright doctor magnus bane(she said looking at magnus)
Magnus :sure Ms. Marshal (he faked his smile and deva smirked in return)
Magnus knows this will come straight to his face.. Actually he is waiting for this moment… because back in florida deva was an intern, magnus was resident.. Magnus and Deva never get on good terms… even in their shifts whenever Deva tries to be nice with him..Magnus was the same person who gets short tempered on anything and everything…. It's always like Deva starts the arguments and Magnus wins the argument.. Like fighting cats..
When they both are on the same shift the workplace will become a fish market…
Deva :Okay that's all for today.. You all can continue your work and Dr. Anna, please try to be here on time.. If you get a little late next time I will mark it as off duty… no pay for that particular day alright (she said sternly)
Anna :i am sorry (she said but magnus interrupted)
"We were on the night shift last night, Dr. Deva marshal, so it's our day off.. We made our presence because we respect this management" (he said by crooking his brows with a hidden smile on his face )
