Chapter 41: Here Always

"Hey, beautiful." Seungmin said as Lily entered the bathroom.

He pursed his lips hungrily as she stripped her clothes. His eyes traveled across her body, then locked back into Lily's gaze. "Mm, very beautiful." He stated through his smirk.

She sheepishly grinned, then settled into the bathtub between his legs, with her back against his chest and his arms wrapped around her. "This feels amazing!" She moaned when the water consumed her. She rested her head back against his shoulder and closed her eyes. Seungmin pressed his lips against her temple and smiled. He began to softly sing as he caressed her skin with his fingertips.

She felt as if she was melting into him as his voice danced through her ears. She began to feel emotional as she listened carefully to the lyrics. When the song ended, she softly asked, "Do you mean it? Will you really be here, always?"

He pulled her closer to him and hugged her in a tight embrace. "With every fiber of my being." He grazed his thumb across the ring on her finger and replied, "Did you mean it? All or none?"

Using his words, she replied, "With every fiber of my being."

"How are you so sure that this life is for you? After such a short amount of time?" He curiously asked.

She smiled and twisted her head to look into his eyes. "Because I didn't start living until yall. I don't remember my life before yall, and I don't want to imagine my life without yall."

Seungmin's smile stretched across his face, which quickly turned into a chuckle.

Lily giggled and asked, "What's so funny?"

"You. Your adorable accent. The way you say, 'yawll.'" He replied, trying to mimic her accent. "I can't get enough of you." He stated before kissing her nose.

She rolled her eyes and shook her head as she giggled and settled her head back into his shoulder. "You have an amazing voice." She said, changing the subject. "I didn't know you could sing too."

Seungmin picked up the bath sponge and body wash as he replied, "We all sing- and dance."

Lily's eyes widened, and water splashed when she quickly sat up and turned to face him. "Shut. Up. Are you serious!" She squealed with excitement.

Seungmin laughed and nodded his head. "Our fathers were the original SKZ. We all grew up together, and while they worked, we stayed in the training room writing, singing, and dancing. We called ourselves 'Stray Kids.'"

"Ok, I absolutely have to see that!" She exclaimed as she laid back in her original position.

Seungmin shook his head and chuckled, "Well, I think I've opened a door that you're not gonna let close, haven't I?"

Lily laughed, "Definitely not letting it close."

Seungmin smiled as he began to glide the bath sponge up her arm and across her shoulder, leaving behind a trail of lavender scented bubbles.

As he gracefully massaged the soap into her skin, the heat inside her began to rise. The effects his touch had on her was becoming evident.

He snaked the sponge gently across her thigh. The sting caused her breath to hitch. He lowered his head and passionately trailed kisses down her neck with his slightly parted lips.
