Chapter 103: Perfect

Lily laid back on the exam bed and lifted her shirt. She flinched when the cold gel landed across her stomach. Her and her other seven men stared anxiously at the monitor as Seungmin glided the wand around her stomach.

"There's our little bean." He said with a smile stretching across his face.

Tears blurred Lily's vision as she stared in awe at the little fuzzy dot on the screen.

"That little blob is the baby?" Hyunjin asked, trying to understand what he was seeing.

"Yep. It'll be easier to make out in a couple of weeks. Right now, you're measuring at 6 weeks and 3 days." Seungmin replied as he moved the wand around and clicked the buttons on the control panel of the ultrasound machine.

Suddenly, a whooshing sound could be heard from the monitor. Seungmin smiled and peeked back at Lily. "Very strong heartbeat."

"That may be the most incredible sound I've ever heard." Leeknow said as a single tear rolled down his cheek.

Changbin lifted his phone to the screen and began recording.

"Make sure to send that to the group chat." I.N instructed.

Han's smile never left his face as he said, "Yea. Definitely. I'm gonna need to hear that beautiful sound, often."

Chan lifted her hand to his lips and peppered kisses from her fingertips to her wrist.

"I didn't think you could be more perfect- but seeing this- knowing that our baby is growing inside you makes you even more perfect to me." Felix said before pressing his lips against her forehead.

Lily snuck, yet another chunk of chocolate in her mouth. When Felix looked at her, she tried to act as if she did nothing. He laughed and shook his head. "Sweetheart, if you keep eating the chocolate, there won't be any left for the brownies."

"I have no idea what you're talking about, Lixie." She replied with a devilish grin.

Felix tilted his head and deadpanned her. "You know I can see you."

As he stared straight at her, she picked up another piece of chocolate and shoved it in her mouth. "See what? I don't know what you're talking about."

He rolled his eyes and laughed as he went back to mixing the batter.

As she popped another piece in her mouth, Changbin walked up behind her and rested his chin on her shoulder as he wrapped his arms around her waist and rested his hands on her stomach. "Hey, my princess."

She pressed her head against his and smiled. "Hey, Binnie.

Felix looked up at them and smiled. "I can't wait to see a baby bump."

"Yea- my figure is about to be shot to hell. I'm gonna be as big as a walrus. And I'm gonna have even more stretch marks. And you can't wait?" She replied jokingly.

Felix reached for the bowl of chocolates, earning a death glare from her, which he responded to by sticking his tongue out at her. "I personally think that a baby bump will only add to how absolutely perfect you already are."

Changbin nodded as he glided his fingertips across her stomach in random patterns. "I think I'm gonna have to take Felix's side on this one. I just imagined it, and it is, indeed, perfect."

"You think we won't leave your stomach alone now. Just wait until that adorable belly pops out." Felix added as he mixed the chocolate into the batter.

Lily smiled as she thought about the increase of attention she's received in the last week. "I gotta admit. Yalls' duality has certainly peaked, and I'm absolutely loving it."

Felix glaced up at her with a puzzled expression. "Duality?" He questioned with a slight chuckle.

Lily nodded her head. "Yep. Yall are mafia. You're terrifying and deadly. You've killed how many people? Yet here yall are completely gushing over me and my soon to be fat belly. You act like you couldn't hurt a fly most of the time."

The two men chuckled at her explanation as Lily reached over and scooped some of the batter with her finger. Just as she was about to shovel it into her mouth, a sharp voice rang out from beside her and grabbed her wrist, just enough to prevent her from lifting it.

"DO NOT- even think about it." Seungmin lowered her hand and grabbed the towel that was lying on the counter in front of her.

"What the fuck, Min!" Lily snapped, as he wiped her finger clean.

"I'm sorry, beautiful. But it has raw eggs in it. Definitely not safe for you and the baby." He replied as he flicked Changbin's hands, signaling him to lift them.

Changbin lifted his hands long enough for Seungmin to lean down and kiss her stomach.

Lily rolled her eyes and giggled at the unspoken interaction between the two. When he raised back up, he gave Lily a quick yet passionate kiss before straddling the stool next to him.

Felix placed the pan in the oven and set the timer. Leeknow entered the room and froze. "Holy shit. Did I just see the batter actually make it to the oven?" He asked sarcastically.

Felix and Lily simultaneously held up their middle fingers in his direction.

Leeknow narrowed his eyes at Lily. "Keep on." He threatened with a smirk on his face.

"You didn't get onto Felix." Lily playfully whined.

"Because I want the damn brownies to make it through the process this time" He chuckled as he walked toward Lily.

Suddenly, her phone rang. "It's Uncle J."

LILY: Hey Uncle J, what's up?

JK: Sparky! How about you bring your crew to see me tonight. Around six.

LILY: Sure. New information?

JK: Not yet. But I have the security guard.

LILY: Perfect-
