Chapter 57: Fuck You

"Ha! Take another shot asshole!" Changbin shouted at Han as he threw the 'skip card' down on top of the discard pile.

Han rolled his eyes and growled under his breath, "Fucking walrus!" He downed the shot and slammed the glass down onto the table. He looked up in just enough time to see Changbin hurling a pillow into his face as he shouted. "Fuck you squirrel boy!"

The group, who was still recovering from the last fit of laughter, doubled over in laughter once again.

Lily, who was next to play, looked at Felix and batted her eyes innocently. "Hey Freckles- draw four- the color is blue!"

Felix narrowed his eyes at her and drew the cards without breaking his focus. "Shit!" He said as he slammed the fourth card on the table.

Lily menacingly blew a kiss in his direction and winked.

I.N laughed at Felix's hand full of cards and teased, "Can you hold all those cards with those tiiiny hands, or do you need some help?"

"Hmm, he does look like he's struggling, Innie." Lily added through her laughter.

Suddenly, her laughter was replaced by a gasp followed by a moan when Felix reached down and cupped her vagina and squeezed, putting pressure in the perfect location. "I don't seem to be struggling with this, do I?" He taunted with a sedistic grin.

"Welp, someone's getting fucked tonight." Leeknow said as he smirked and wiggled his brow.

"Yep, you!" Seungmin replied as he added another 'skip' to the pile before adding, "Take a shot, oh, and uno!"

"Fucking seriously! Lily, you're evil for adding shots to this game." He threw back his shot, then added, "And where there hell did you find 'Uno All Wilds?'"

Lily giggled and taunted, "What's the matter baby? Can't take the heat?"

"Chan, I don't think we should've agreed to give her freedom to be a brat. She's having too much fun with it." Leeknow said as he glared playfully at Lily.

In an adoring tone, Chan replied, "Aww you know we couldn't suppress that adorable, playful attitude of hers."

Seungmin laughed as he added, "Yea, it's fun-"

His statement was interrupted by Lily's ringing phone. She picked it up and furrowed her brows. "Looks like another mission." She stated before answering the phone, and putting it on speaker so the group could hear.

Lily: Director Hwang, pleasure to hear from you again.

Hwang: Lily, I'm afraid we may have stumbled across something that involves your team and an operation from six months ago.

Chan: Six months ago? That was- that was the IKON operation.

Hwang: Oh, hello Chan. That's correct. I'm emailing you an audio file we recorded from Kwon's phone.

Lily: Wait. How does Kwon connect to IKON?

Hwang: We're not completely certain but we're looking into it. Listen, your team has always been loyal to our agency and in return, whatever you need from us is at your disposal.

Lily: We appreciate that. We'll pull the file and I'll be in touch.

Hwang: Of course. Talk to you soon.

Lily stared at the phone, still processing the conversation. She shook her head and looked up at the boys, who shared the same expressions of confusion. "Anyone else have a bad feeling?"

Chan took a breath and replied, "Yea, let's go pull the file."

Male: Mr. Kwon. How are you?

Kwon: I'm well. I had heard you were back from the states. Are you any closer to finding your brother? It's been what, six months now?

Male: That's actually why I'm back. The operation in the states was raided  right after he disappeared. I was already locked up by then so I don't have much to go on. Luckily an associate was able to escape with a few of Bobby's hard drives. Do you know anyone by the name of Park Jin Young?

Kwon: That name sounds familiar.

Male: Apparently known as JYP.

Kwon: Ah yes, I have heard of him. He was assassinated about five months ago.

Male: Fuck, there goes that lead. I have one more then I'm out of ideas. I found the contact information for a secretary that worked for IKON's leader, Jay. She claims to have some files locked away that belonged to him. She was one of the last to see Bobby. I was hoping to use your establishment for our meeting.

Kwon: Absolutely. And you're sure he wasn't killed in the attack?

Male: Positive. At least not on site. I was on the phone with Bobby when he arrived at the end of it. He apparently saw some of the attackers on the side of the road and fired on them. Not long after, he said he was being followed by a black van. I heard a loud crash, then silence. Never heard back from him.

Kwon: You're more than welcome to use my office. Just let me know when.

Male: I appreciate it. I was thinking this weekend? Saturday night, 6pm?

Kwon: Sounds good. See you then.

The atmosphere was thick with tension. The deafening silence was interrupted when a seemingly unphased Lily stood up, and said through forced breaths. "Ok looks like we have another mission to plan. We need to make sure that conversation Saturday is-"

Seeing through the facade, Chan stood from his seat. "Lily- babygirl. Let us take this one. You need to sit this out." He said as he stepped over to her and wrapped his arm around her.

"No! No, Chan I don't!" She demanded as she pushed away from him.

The group stared, stunned at her response. By this point, they knew her body language and behavior enough to know that she was on the verge of slipping into a manic episode. Seungmin was able to get her disorder under control through daily medication, however, as he informed in the beginning, episodes could still be triggered if the situation is extreme.

Lily spoke as if it was just another mission, despite the storm brewing inside her. "If this is the same secretary Han bugged at the mall that day, he can identify her through surveillance. As soon as she's made contact with the man in that audio, I.N, you run facial recognition and get as much on him as you can. Leeknow and-"

"Lily, stop." Chan interrupted sternly. "Babygirl, you don't have an option. I'm taking you off of this one. It's too risky for you-"

"Why Chan! Why the fuck are you suddenly treating me like some fragile little damsel in distress? I handled Bobby, JYP, and how many others by now?" Lily screamed, not caring about the reactions of anyone around her.

Calmly yet sternly, Chan replied, "Lily! First of all, change your tone. I know you're pissed but you will not disrespect me. Second, babygirl, you've never been a potential target so you can't possibly know how much danger you are actually in. You have to trust me."

"Fuck you." Lily hissed as she stormed out of the room.
