Raising my eyebrow at his words, I tilted my head and gave it a brief thought before shrugging my shoulders and nodding, agreeing to his bet; he wouldn't win anyway. I may not be the strongest fighter, but I wouldn't lose to someone like him.

"Hehe, you agreed to it, Princess Elaine; no take back now. Prepare to lose!" Declared Comet with a chuckle as he looked at Elaine before he recced to the back seat while Gel took complete control over his body, causing his face to become impassive.

'Weird, he seems slightly different now.' Thought Elaine lightly as she squinted her eyes and looked at the emotionless Comet before shaking her head and glancing at Maxim, who was standing just outside the arena.

"Are you two ready?" Asked Maxim as he glanced between both Elaine and Comet, though neither responded and intently focused on their opponent.

"Begin!" Added Maxim as he raised his hand before suddenly swinging down, causing Comet to speedily lunge after Elaine, who suddenly vanished into the air itself.

'He may already know I'm present, but it doesn't matter if he can't find me.' Mused Elaine softly as she traversed through the void like a fish in the sea while circling Comet, waiting for him to display an opening to strike from.

Despite how much I believed Comet to be beneath me in terms of technique, raw power, and skill, finding an opening I could use to my advantage was proving to be difficult; he was floating perfectly in the air, which would allow him to react to any one of my attacks from any angle. However, it wasn't too big of a deal; I expect this to happen whenever I face someone in battle and not assassinate them.

Circling him for a little bit longer, I decided to reappear in my original spot before lunging toward him using my speed advantage; yet, even with my speed, he had plenty of time to react, so with a quick clash, the blade of my scythe and his sword collide while I managed to push him backward slightly, yet, before I could chase after him, he slashed down with his sword, launching a large bluish sword wave; seeing that, I poured Qi into Orcus, causing it's curved blade to faintly glow with a blackish tint as I slashed at the incoming attack, cutting the sword wave in-half before raising my scythe into the air, stopping Comet's sword.

"You're a better fighter than I imagined..." Said Elaine softly as she looked into his indifferent eyes, before pushing him back and launching a curved sword wave at him, which he deflected with a slash, though it forced him back some more.

"...Also stronger..." Added Elaine as she speedily flew towards Comet, appearing directly in his face before hitting him in the stomach with the butt of her scythe, though he quickly recovered.

"...However, it won't be enough to defeat this Princess." Declared Elaine proudly as she lifted Orcus into the air, pouring her killing intent and Qi into it, causing the blade to grow to twice its size while it took on an abysmal black and blood-red color before she slashed downwards toward Comet, who gripped the hilt with both hands.

Watching Comet prepare his own technique to fight against mine, I didn't really believe he'd be able to stop my attack, but just in case he did, I seeped back into the void of the OverRealm and swiftly flew towards him just as his piercing white beam of light hit my black and red wave of death. Since I was in the void, I could fly right through the two attacks as the space between the physical plane and the void was strong enough, so I didn't need to worry about being harmed by the attacks.

Reappearing on the other side of the two attacks, I kicked Comet's hands to the ground, forcefully interrupting his attack, causing my black and red sword wave to smash right through his fading white light and speedily head right for us. Faintly smirking, I seeped back into the void just as my attack passed where I was previously standing, engulfing him in an explosion.
