Chapter 337: Ninety Third Step

While I was cheering on Elaine from the ground as she walked up the flight of stairs, I did happen to notice that men and women seemed to be at odds with each other, which was a little confusing, but they weren't of my concern so I ignored it and continued to cheer on Elaine with all of my heart.

"ELAINE! ELAINE! ELAINE!" Yelled Elif loudly with a smile as he waved the large paper in the air while his every action caused women to swoon in droves.

Together with my cheering and Elaine's potent dao heart, she practically flew through the first sixty steps, making them seem as if they were truly just normal steps; however, when she reached the seventieth step, which was the criteria to pass this test, she began to slow down, of course, it was negligible, and only when she stepped onto the eightieth did it become apparent.

I don't expect Elaine to reach the hundredth step as I did; matter of fact, besides the bearers of Immortal Wills, no one will even come close to me. Still, though I hoped for Elaine to at least achieve the ninetieth step, I knew she could probably do a little better, but I mainly wanted her talents to be properly displayed before everyone's eyes; although Elaine hasn't shown any interest in garnering intention, I still didn't want my presence to overshadow her, she is incredibly talented, even more so than, Mother. In fact, if I didn't include the bearers of Immortal Wills, Elaine would be, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most, if not the most, prominent leading figures among this generation.

However, I mainly didn't want my adorable little sister to be forgotten simply because of my heavenly perfection; although I doubt she cared, as her elder Brother, of course, I would care. Not to mention, seeing my dear sister strive to be the best she possibly could be so unbelievably attractive, I was even forced to keep my lust in check.

'My goodness, Sister, Sarah, and Illumia simply can't compare to you.' Thought Elif softly with a lustful gaze as he stared at Elaine's figure, appreciating her side profile, which displayed her near-perfect curves.

While I was stuck in a trance from Elaine's heavenly beauty that I couldn't wait to appreciate in private, both Comet, who was walking slightly weirdly, and Lucifer began walking up the flight of stairs; although I ignored Comet, I did pay slight attention to Lucifer, though I promptly shifted my focus back to Elain after a few seconds.

Similarly to Elaine, both Lucifer and Comet flew through the first sixty steps and only slightly slowed down in the seventies, yet once they reached the eighties, they started taking things slow, though not too slow, moving slightly faster than Elaine, who was only on the eighty-sixth step. With Lucifer and Comet both showcasing impressive speed despite being near the top, they started to garner people's attention, with the main ones being Cordelia, Tiamat, and Aurora, those three not diverting their eyes away from their figures.

Despite the headstart Elaine had, Lucifer and Comet actually reached the ninetieth step faster than her, though now, they were truly taking things slow and no longer did things look easy, given Comet's somewhat strained expression; as for Lucifer, I imagined he was in the same boat, his cloak is just hiding his face.

While Lucifer and Come took their sweet time, I continued to cheer for my lovely little sister as she finally reached the ninetieth step after a few more minutes, though given how much she was straining, she wasn't going to make it too much farther; still, I only cheered more enthusiastically as this is when she'll need it the most.

"Go, Elaine! Go, Elaine! Your brother believes in you! Go, Elaine! Go, Elaine! Your brother loves you! Go, Elaine! Go, Elaine! Show you're talented too!" Yelled Elif zealously, his eyes never once leaving Elaine's figure while she faintly smiled at his words, further motivating her.

"Ahh, so heavenly." "What I wouldn't do for Prince Elif." "How can such a man be so talented, beautiful, and loving?" "He's the embodiment of perfection." Muttered several women passionately in love with heart-shaped eyes as they stared at Elif, while a few continued to swoon even now.
