Lowering Hokori, I watched Elaine bisect the final Diabolical in half without needing to leave the void, saving her from being the self-exploding Diabolical that otherwise would've covered her in bodily fluids and chunks of itself; it wasn't something I'd recommend by any means.

"That was remarkably easy; I was expecting some level of challenge, but that was a walk in the park." Muttered Elif lightly as he flicked Hokori, cleaning it before sheathing it onto his waist while observing the ground.

"Diabolicals aren't exactly a smart species; they're corrupted beings, after all; however, I'm also surprised not a single one noticed my actions. I killed nearly every ancestor except for merely a few, yet they were far too fixated on you to notice their disappearance." Remarked Elaine with a nod as she emerged from the void beside her while the shadowy veil that concealed her figure receded, revealing herself to the world.

"Heh, they must've been too mesmerized by my heavenly beauty to look elsewhere; that could be the only explanation." Stated Elif narcissistically as he flicked his hair behind his ear while raising his head, his words causing Elaine to roll her eyes.

"Well, it could've also been the sheer volume of Qi you released into the atmosphere, causing every Diabolical to understand the danger you possessed to them... However, that too could've been why, granted, I find it to be unlikely." Said Elaine softly with a slight shake of her head as she glanced at Elif before shrugging her shoulders, her words further inflating his ego.

"Hehe, see if even you agree with it, Elaine, then that must've been it! They may have been corrupted beings, but nothing can corrupt beauty such as mine; no matter where I go, every being will recognize my beauty for what it is." Declared Elif with a narcissistic grin, one that Elaine simply shrugged her shoulders at, not bothering to further stroke his ego.

"You're not wrong." Muttered Elaine quietly, too quiet for Elif to hear as he was too busy staring at himself in a full-body mirror he summoned from his dimension ring.

"Mhm, what I wouldn't give to take a bite out of myself." Said Elif softly as he stared at himself in the mirror, doing various poses while flaunting his body, causing Elaine to ogle him lustfully.

"Hehe, don't worry, Brother, I'll take a bite out of you in your stead." Stated Elaine with a faint smirk as she leaned into Elif's embrace, tightly grasping his crotch while gently biting his neck, causing his body to shiver.

"Heh, and I'll do the same for you, Sister." Muttered Elif softly as he groped Elaine's plump butt while his other hand pulled her breast through her clothes, causing her to faintly moan in pleasure.

Of course, we weren't going to do anything out in the open like this, but it was highly annoying when we happened to sense massive groups of Diabolicals flying through the air right at our location. I couldn't really be upset since our battle had lasted for a while, so reinforcements were expected to arrive very soon after we finished the battle. It was our fault for not leaving quickly enough.

'Tsk, but why must they always appear when Sister and I were enjoying each other's bodies?' Thought Elif with an annoyed expression as he reluctantly removed his hands from Elaine while reaching for Hokori.

Just as I unsheathed Hokori, intending to fight this group of reinforcements or whatever they were, we suddenly sensed a potent yet familiar Qi wash throughout the Forest of Madness, as a massive dimensional rift appeared far off in the distance to our right, causing me to click my tongue.

"It's that bastard of an Elder; it seems like our time limit is up. Do you wish to deal with these, Diabolical's first, or shall we ignore them?" Remarked Elif with a raised eyebrow, glancing at the dimensional rift in the distance before looking at Elaine, who pointed Orcus at the incoming horde of Diabolicals.
