Chapter 282: Teasing Illumia & Ember Joins The Party

With my hand resting atop Illumia's plump butt, I glanced down at the little girl, who was staring at me with flaming blue stars for pupils, which caused me to smirk as I flicked my hair behind my head before winking at her, causing her to blush deeply.

'Old or young, it truly doesn't matter when before this charming Prince.' Thought Elif narcissistically with a smile as he glanced at the young girl, who was staring at him in a daze.

"What do you need, young girl? Since I'm in a good mood, I shall humor you. Speak your thoughts." Asked Elif with a faint narcissistic smirk while moving his hand from Illumia's butt to her waist, embracing her more intimately, causing her to softly blush as she boldly rested her head on his shoulder and placed her hand atop his chest.

"U-Um, w-we've m-met b-before P-Prince E-E-Elif; f-four y-years a-ago w-when y-y-you f-first v-visited o-our c-clan. I-I w-was t-t-the p-phoenix y-you r-rubbed t-the h-head o-of." Said Ember nervously with a deep blush as she stuttered every word while looking at Elif, who found it quite amusing.

"Rubbed the head of? Oh, you're Ember. I had asked Zanga about you when I first arrived; it seems luck is shining upon me today like it usually does." Remarked Elif with a raised eyebrow before nodding his head and winking towards the sky while Ember was in complete disbelief at his words.

'P-P-P-Prince E-Elif, a-asked about m-me!?' Thought Ember in utter shock with widened eyes as she gazed at Elif in a daze, not even realizing he was calling her name.

"She's in a daze, your Highness." Said Illumia softly as she noticed Ember absentmindedly staring at Elif, causing her to wave her hand in front of her, yet there was no reaction.

"So it seems; heh, this is actually rather refreshing, Marley, Idonea, Mandy, and you are rather resistant to my charms now, and it gets harder with each passing month to tease you four. It's nice to speak with someone I'm fond of who isn't used to my bewitching beauty." Said Elif with a light nod as he used his finger to poke Illumia's nose while she rolled her eyes before skeptically glancing between Ember and Elif.

"Fond of? You're fond of Ember, your Highness? That isn't an easy feat for anyone to achieve; I'm honestly quite surprised, especially since you've only had a brief encounter with her." Remarked Illumia in slight surprise as she glanced between the two, only to curiously gaze at Elif, who faintly chuckled before rubbing his cheek, causing her to blush softly while puckering her lips and kissing him.

"Heh, well, that's because most people have ulterior motives when interacting with me; Eyvor, Birger, Goliath, Sheila, and Echo are the rare exceptions, and that's why I'm rather fond of them. Same with Ember right here; I can see right through her, and she has absolutely no ulterior motives, which is rare; it's also why I even bothered to entertain her before I knew she was Ember." Replied Elif with a smirk as he winked at Illumia, before shaking his head and gazing at Ember, who seems to still be stuck in a daze and is showing no signs to be still.

"Anyways, let's wake Ember from her stupor, lest she turns stupid." Added Elif lightly as he waved his Quạt tay at Ember, expelling a small amount of his Qi, which was like a torrential downpour to Ember, who was merely a Late Saint Emperor.

When Ember was engulfed in my Qi, her eyes shook as fear instantly clouded her eyes, though she quickly calmed down when she realized the Qi wasn't harming her in the slightest.

"W-Woah, s-so beautiful." Muttered Ember softly in awe as she gazed at the glowing purple Qi that surrounded her in a sphere, only for it to dissipate into the atmosphere with a wave from Elif.

"But of course it's beautiful, that Qi belongs to yours truly." Said Elif narcissistically as he covered the lower half of his face behind his Quạt tay, causing Ember to blush in awe while slowly nodding.
