After that conversation with Aurora, who surprisingly, as a matter of fact, did congratulate me on beating everyone, we entered the royal carriage and headed back home, which didn't take long.

"We've arrived, Your Highness." Said Mandy softly from outside the carriage, her words causing Elaine and Elaine to nod while everyone stood up.

Stretching my body a little, I only now realized I hadn't been wearing a shirt this entire time, though if we're being honest, the clothes I wear are very revealing, so whether I wear a shirt or not doesn't make THAT much of a difference. I'm just mainly surprised Elaine didn't mention it, given her intense love, though that might be because she had been focusing on Sarah this entire ride, which didn't make me feel good.

'Haa, if only Elaine didn't wish to kill every woman close to me, I would've long since told her about Sarah and Illumia.' Thought Elif softly as he gazed at Elaine, who stared fixedly at Sarah, causing him to sigh.

Once Mandy opened the door, my servants exited first, followed by Sarah, then Elaine and me, as our bare feet touched the thick, grassy ground covering the mountaintop. Without uttering a word, Elaine and I swiftly entered our residence before arriving at our room, only for her to gracefully sit on the edge of the bed while staring at me.

"Yes, Sister? Is something the matter?" Asked Elif lightly as he slowly approached Elaine, who gave him a firm glare where no amusement could be seen in her eyes.

"Care to explain why Aurora thought Sarah was your secret lover or concubine? He couldn't have just said that for no reason, Brother." Asked Elaine sternly as she glanced at Elif, who inwardly sighed before shaking and rubbing his head.

"He very well could've, Sister; maybe he wished to sow discord between you and I to distract us or something else I couldn't think of. He may be targeting us through Sarah; such a thing is very possible, considering she's a friend and very weak." Replied Elif softly as he stood opposite of Elaine while looking into her eyes, causing her to scoff before landing on the ground.

"Hmph, friend? She had lost that status when I realized she harbored feelings for you, Brother; she wanted to try and take you away from me! How could I even be friends with a back-stabbing, lying bitch like her!?" Exclaimed Elaine angrily as she clenched her fist while her eyes swirled with madness, causing Elif to sigh.

"So tell me, Brother, are you and Sarah in a relationship I don't know about?" Asked Elaine with a faint, twisted smile as she raised her head, gazing into Elif's purple eyes while they stared into her silverish ones.

"No. We're not in a relationship, Elaine." Said Elif sternly as he looked at Elaine, though internally, his emotions were in turmoil.

We silently stared into our eyes for a minute before Elaine finally looked away, though that creepy laughter of hers didn't seem like a good sign for what was to come afterward... And I was correct.

"HeEhEHhehEHhehE... You're lying, Brother." Said Elaine with a foul expression as she turned and looked at Elif, allowing him to see the madness that the curse had imposed upon her.

Hearing her words, I wanted to open my mouth, to dismiss her entirely correct claim, but I couldn't as she suddenly appeared standing before me while placing a finger upon my lips, preventing me from speaking.

"HEhehEHEheheHehEHEh. Don't worry, Brother... I'm not upset with you; how could I ever be angry with you? You're the light in my heart that keeps the madness at bay... It's impossible for me ever to be upset with you over something like this. After all, I know for a fact, with certainty, that you're mine." Declared Elaine with a deranged expression as she lovingly caressed Elif's cheek while staring into his eyes, her love effortlessly overpowering whatever madness was within her.
