My Beginning After the End Termination

"Varay." Bairon said and lightning came flying down onto the ground and hit his spear, lighting it up with more power, then clouds started to form as the icy windstorm continued to hit us in the face. "I will put you back in the ground where you belong, it's nothing personal, but whoever brought you back will face my judgement."

"Fate isn't for you to judge." She told me, speaking a little aggressively as she did. "Just give up and die for the sake of this world, it's what the Lance roll is supposed to do, save your people by dying."

"They are your people too." I said, looking at her this time. "You should be joining us, not fighting for this fate. Why would we kill the Leywins? They have been the sole reason why we are all still alive."

Varay shook her head in annoyance, but then as she stopped, another portal opened up to her side and the figure that stepped through made my heartbeat even faster. I don't even know how to react, this, this was just awful.

"Dammit!" Bairon said in anger as lightning hit the ground all around us, expressing his frustration with what was going on. "I'm going to kill whoever did this."

Standing beside Varay, was an old friend, another Lance...

"Alea?" I said, letting the name slip out of my mouth, but I knew that it wasn't here. It was just a mind controlled version of her, not even mind controlled, brain washed. I don't understand why they want to kill the Leywins, but we aren't going to let that happen, nor do I think they can.

"Aya, it's been a while." Alea said, smiling as she looked at me, a sword appearing in her hand as she conjured some sort of plant blade. "Join us, and you can be set free as well." I didn't know what to do now, she was most likely in an asura body as well, so she was going to be stronger, but she was never that strong compared to us.

"Aya, you and Mica take out Alea." Bairon said without taking his eyes off of her, his focus entirely on the battle, yet the shock was still clear. "I'll take on Varay." An ice dragon formed behind her, the same size as the last one.

"You sure about that?" I asked, looking at the beast fly behind the pair. "You barely got out of the fight with the dragon. What makes you think you'll be able to take on both her and her pet?"

As I finished, and before Bairon could respond, a giant mana crystal shot up out of the ground and into the dragon's chest, causing the ice to crumble down, surprising all of us. We turned to the source of the power, and walking behind us, in full armor, was Eleanor Leywin.

"Ellie?" I said questioningly as she appeared by Bairon's side. "What are you doing here?"

"I don't know, I had my armor on in case Rosa needed me, and before I knew it, I was hit by some light and appeared here moments ago." She told us, and as her eyes drifted upwards towards the other Lances, she went on. "I'm assuming they are our enemies right now?"

"Yeah." Bairon answered. "They are under some sort of spell, or something similar, we have to kill them."

"Eleanor Leywin." Varay said, both of their eyes fixed on the girl beside Bairon. "Good, there is one Leywin we don't have to hunt down." 

"Ellie, they want you dead." Bairon started, then as he continued, crystals appeared before us, barely sticking out of the ground. "You shouldn't be here, you shouldn't fight, it's too dangerous right now."

"No, it's not." Ellie shook her head. "Don't forget that Elder Virion made me a Lance as well, I have a duty." I had to agree with her right now, we could use her help, and she was a lot stronger than she was mere months ago.
