My Beginning After the End Termination

Accompanying the Valley

I stood above my army with Lords, they were all in a valley right outside the mountains where my palace resides. The benefits of being the dragon lord now, oh, Kezess, you had it made here. You were stupid to leave the palace and go into battle, if you did, I would be dead right now, and your force would most likely still remain fully intact.

Lord Ademir was to my side; his pantheons had arrived a day or two ago. He wasn't on board at first, but once he knew Virion Leywin was dead, he was quick to join our side. They are the most powerful race now, at least in combat. They wouldn't be if the others were still healthy, but with limited numbers, they now are the top of the food chain.

However, they won't attack, knowing if they did, they would still suffer great losses, and maybe even lose still since the other clans are loyal to me. Lady Myre was back within the castle, I knew not to offer her a place here, it would be too obvious. She didn't suspect anything, so everything was going according to plan.

Lord Grandus was here with his titan race, the phoenix race was here, the ones that remain, the Sylphs, and some dragons and hamadryads that survived. We numbered in the forty thousand, enough to destroy this whole world.

"We are ready to move out." Lord Ademir said. "The force is one of the greatest ever seen in Epheotus, and it's thanks to you." He paused for a second, speaking formally in front of the other Lords and Generals around us. "The Lessers will be wiped out."

"Yes, yes they will." I said, smiling as I looked down at the troops accompanying the valley, a large one that hosted them all. "They are not a threat right now, but in time, if we wait, we would have to do this anyways."

"Virion Leywin's life proved that, a blood mage, the first of its kind, we can't allow it to happen again." Lord Haci of a phoenix clan said, one that was quick to join, knowing the truth of the reincarnation. "He could have been the most dangerous person alive."

"He was." Lord Ademir corrected. "No offense,  Lord Indrath, but that boy was dangerous, you are as well, but he had killing intentions towards our race. If he was still alive, we wouldn't be so confident right now."

"No offense taken." The real Kezess might have taken offense, but I think I can play this one off, Virion Leywin was an anomaly, just like his brother, two flaws of this world, one's gone, the other remains. "Our only threat now is Arthur Leywin."

However, Virion Leywin made it almost impossible for him to master fate, his existence was basically fate itself. He destroyed the entrances to the Relictombs, delayed Arthur from mastering anything, he basically was the reason in itself why fate doesn't exist in this world right now and may never.

That's the only reason I lost in the other timeline, that damned edict, it fucked everything up. It took everything from me, Arthur, Grey, he took everything from me. Now, I will do the same, he will either die, or live in a world where no one he loves lives in. I'll keep in my dungeon, locked up, drained, almost dead, for as long as he can survive.

"Lord Ademir, I'm leaving you in charge now." I said, looking around at everyone. "The force is yours to command into battle, for now, prepare them, we leave in a week." I paused, looking at Lord Haci. "Lord Haci, you'll be coming back to the palace with me to relay messages." He nodded, then I added, looking at them all again. "Fill in your troops, let them know of the plan, make sure they have it down to the last detail."

"We will." Lord Ademir said, and as he did, a portal opened up right in front of me. "The Lessers will be gone in due time." He was right, and my plan was working out way better than I thought it would.
