I was standing on the top of a building, looking up at the shield as the people of Slore evacuated. I finished in Etistin, maybe, I don't know, three hours ago, but now, I have to hold and hide the shield of Slore for the plan to work.

I knew the clones of my father were doing the other parts of the plan while I did this, so I wasn't too worried about the people getting out. I didn't know where the asuras were going to attack first, but I did know that we had already gotten a lot of people to Itri and Truacia.

"Are you, okay?" Bairon asked from beside me, the Lance has been following me around, not because of orders, but to make sure I didn't do anything I wasn't supposed to. Aya did the same thing with the clones, and well, Arthur's clone and the other main council members were either in Itri, or still in Etistin getting things together, but citizen wise, there's no one there.

"Of course." I told the Lance, shooting him a smile as I continued to project the illusion all around us. "I should be asking you that same question, there's no need for you to be here, you know that right?"

"There is, someone has to make sure that you are doing what you are saying, and that the clones around the city aren't doing anything in secret." He told me, and I just stared at the Lance with the same smile on my face. "I don't trust you, why are you, why, no, stop smiling at me like that."

"What?" I said, stepping towards him, still casting the illusion spell, my hand hit his back and he spun around.

"What the -- " He said, looking at another copy of me. "Your illusion magic is on a whole other level." Bairon notes, looking at the first clone, then the second, then as the one fade from his vision, he speaks to the one touching him. "Get your hands off me."

"Sorry." I said, backing up. "I just find you, so, so handsome, Bairon, do you happen to have a girlfriend?" He gave me an annoyed look, clearly not wanting to play my little game. "Come on, does the great Thunderlord have a girlfriend? Maybe Aya, no, that would never happen, hmm, is Bairon on a virgin?"

"No." He answered me, and I shot him a smirk. "Hah, no to all your questions, and stop trying to distract me." Bairon paused, looking me in the eyes. "There is no time for relationships, I have no reason to think about meaningless things like that."

"Oh, is it meaningless if you just want to feel the pleasure?" I said, stepping towards him, but he stepped backwards. "Bairon, you are quite handsome, you could get pretty much any girl you wanted. I'm sure there are plenty of people within the palace who are into you."

"Let's stop talking about this." He told me, not able to look me in the eyes, he was clearly getting annoyed. "You have a job to do, and I need you to focus on it. Stop talking about my love life and stop trying to seduce me."

"Seduce you?" I said in a questionable tone. "Honey, if I was trying to seduce you, I would have succeeded." I did find him to be quite handsome, I've never been in a relationship, I've only been alive for a couple of months, but still, I'm more like twenty than a month old. "What is a relationship?"

"Huh?" He asked questioningly, looking at me confused.

"What is the meaning of one?" I asked again. "Is it for pleasure? Happiness? Fun? You know, why do people start one romantically?" I didn't really know, and right now, talking was the only thing getting me through this bore of a mission, casting an illusion spell to fool the gods was so boring I would rather flirt with a Lesser.

"I forgot that you are a creation, not a normal being." Bairon said, looking at me. "You don't know what it is like to grow up as a child, to be loved, I almost feel pity for you." He paused, then added. "Almost, if you weren't a crazy monster, maybe I would almost feel for you, but I know what you are capable of."
