"Babe! I don't know how to dance!" Jake exclaimed as he felt Carrington's arms wrap around his waist.
The couple are standing in the middle of Carrington's bedroom. The light source being one candle light and the rain lightly drizzled outside.
"I'll teach you, baby." Carrington smiled, his chest now pressed against Jake's back. He nuzzled into the crook of Jake's neck, kissing it gently. "You're in the right hands with me, I promise."
Jake giggled a bit. "Okay," As he turned around and faced Carrington. He takes a deep breath - setting his hands onto Carrington's shoulders. "Really, i don't know how though.. its embarrassing."
Carrington chuckled as Jake spoke, shaking his head. "Babe, don't worry. It's okay to not know. We'll take it nice and slow, okay?"
He placed his hands on Jake's hips, pulling him closer so that their bodies were flush against each other.
"Oh-Okay" Jake nodded. Lifting his head up and locking his brown eyes with Carrington's blue eyes.
The candle light glowed on both of their faces as they made a breif eye contact.
Carrington smiled softly, his heart fluttering at the sight of Jake's eyes. "You're so cute," he whispered, bringing one hand up to gently brush some of Jake's hair out of his face. "Now, follow my lead, okay?"
"Mhm, 'Kay," Jake says in a soft voice. As he looked down at there feet for a moment before looking back up at his boyfriend's face.
Carrington chuckled, finding Jake's little habit adorable. "Look at me, baby," he said, tilting Jake's chin upwards. "Keep your eyes on me, okay? That's the most important thing."
Jake nodded. Looking up at Carrington now as the two began to slow dance in the bedroom. They didn't need music, the sound of the rain outside the windowpanes is enough.
Carrington began to lead Jake in a slow, gentle dance. His hands held Jake's hips firmly, guiding him along the floor.
He could feel the warmth of Jake's body against his own, and he couldn't help but smile. "See? You're doing great," he said softly, his eyes never leaving Jake's.
"I am?" Jake said. Just in cue however - he accidentally stepped onto Carrington's shoe. "Sorry!" He quickly looked down.
Carrington let out a small laugh, wincing slightly at the pain in his foot. "Ouch," he teased, gently poking Jake's side. "It's okay, it happens. Just try not to step on my feet again, okay?"
Jake looked up, "But you said 'ouch', so that means i hurt you. And I'm sorry," He apologized again.
Carrington chuckled, shaking his head. "I'm fine, really. You didn't hurt me that bad." He leaned in closer, their faces just inches apart. "But I appreciate the concern, babe. You're adorable when you worry about me."
Jake smiled as he felt reassured. "Okay," He mumbled as he wrapped his arms now around Carrington's neck.
Carrington smiled back, his arms instinctively wrapping around Jake's waist. He pulled him closer, their bodies pressed flush against each other, once again."You're clingy tonight, aren't you?" he teased, a playful glint in his eyes.
"Is that a bad thing?" Jake asked, "Do you me to be clingy? Or is annoying you?" It went over Jake's head.
Carrington chuckled, shaking his head. "No, it's not a bad thing at all. I love it when you're clingy. It's cute, and it means you want to be close to me. It's not annoying me, I promise."
"I love to be close to you," Jake whispered as he connected their lips into a soft kiss.
Carrington returned the kiss, his lips moving gently against Jake's.
