☆Held All Night☆

Jake is laying with his back facing his boyfriend Carrington tonight. His legs are tucked in and he's bundled in all the blankets.

Carrington slowly woke up, stretching his arms above his head before turning to look at his boyfriend, Jake. He noticed that he was bundled up in all the blankets, facing away from him with his legs tucked in.

He furrowed his brow in confusion, wondering why Jake was being so distant. Normally, he would be curled up against him or even clinging to him in his sleep.

He reached out and gently placed a hand on Jake's hip, trying to get his attention.
"Sweetheart..?" he whispered softly.

Jake hums in his sleep. "Mm?" As he doesn't bother to open his eyes. His body remained still. The alarm clock on the nightstand read: 2:39AM.

Carrington let out a small sigh of relief when he heard Jake's sleepy hum, glad that he was at least awake.

He gently ran his hand up and down Jake's hip, his touch light and soothing.
"Hey, love.. are you awake?" he whispered again, his voice still soft and gentle.

"Mm, why?" Jake sleepily replied. Opening his eyes, looking at the alarm clock since he's facing the nightstand with his back facing Carrington. "It's not even morning..."

Carrington chuckled softly, his hand still rubbing gentle circles on Jake's hip.
"It's not morning, but it's not the middle of the night either.." he teased gently, leaning in to press a soft kiss to the back of his neck.

Jake looked over his shoulder. "What babe? It's late. I was sleeping. You should be too."

Carrington smiled at the sight of Jake looking over his shoulder, his messy bed hair and sleepy expression adorable.

"I know, I know.." he said, gently pulling Jake closer so that his back was flush against his chest."But I couldn't help but notice that you're not cuddling with me like you usually do.."

Jake blushed a bit. "It got a little warm so i distanced for a minute." As his brown eyes looked up at Carrington.

Carrington raised an eyebrow at Jake's explanation, a playful smirk tugging at the corners of his lips.

"A little warm, huh?" he teased, his arms wrapping tightly around Jake's waist to keep him close."And you couldn't just unwrap yourself from all these blankets instead?"

"No, because then I won't have the comfort." Jake replied. "Then get cold and then not have the pressure."

Carrington chuckled softly, amused by Jake's reasoning."Ah, I see.. so the comfort of being bundled up in a cocoon of blankets is more important than cuddling with me, is that it?" he teased, nuzzling his face into the crook of Jake's neck.

Jake pouted. "What?- no?" He immediately shakes his head. "I like your cuddles."

Carrington chuckled again, enjoying the way Jake pouted at his teasing.

"Then why are you so far away from me, hm?" he asked, his tone playful but also a bit possessive. He nipped lightly at the skin of Jake's neck, his hands wandering over his body under the covers.

Jake giggled as he shifted. He rolled over and faced Carrington again. "Sorry, was me not being in your arms woke you up?"

Carrington's smirk widened as Jake shifted and faced him again, his heart fluttering at the sound of his giggles.

"Mmm, you know me too well, Jake.." he murmured, pulling him even closer so that their bodies were flush against each other. He wrapped his arms tightly around him, trapping him in his embrace.

Jake smiled, "Well i guess i can be held all night."

Carrington grinned, nuzzling his face into Jake's hair as he held him close.

"You bet your ass you can.." he murmured, his hands roaming over his body possessively. He loved the feeling of having Jake in his arms, all wrapped up and snug against him.

Jake blushed as he pecked Carrington's cheek. "I love you, but we should get back to sleep my love."

Carrington chuckled softly, enjoying the feel of Jake's lips against his cheek. He nodded in agreement, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead.

"You're right, we should Jake.." he said, pulling the covers up around them to keep them warm."Sleep tight, love.."

"Goodnight Carrington," Jake Gave a short kiss to Carrington's lips. Then laid his head down on Carringtons chest and closed his eyes to get some sleep.

Carrington smiled as Jake gave him a quick kiss, feeling his heart swell with affection. He gently ran his fingers through Jake's hair, his touch soothing and gentle.

"Goodnight, sweetheart.." he whispered back, his voice soft and full of love.

He held Jake close, closing his eyes and listening to the sound of his steady breathing as they both drifted off to sleep.
