[ Carrington reads to his boyfriend Jake <333 ]

Jake is cuddling with his boyfriend Carrington. Fidgeting with his hands as he noticed his boyfriend is reading.

Carrington had a book in his hand, his thumb keeping track of the page he was on. He was focused on the words, reading them with a concentrated expression.

He didn't even notice that his boyfriend- Jake was practically clinging onto him, until Carrington felt a tug on his shirt.Jake lightly tugged on Carrington's shirt. As he scooted closer, trying to see.

Carrington finally looked up from his book, noticing Jake clinging onto him. He chuckled softly and closed the book, setting it aside."Yes, love?" He asked, looking at Jake with a fond expression.

"Nooo," Jake grabbed the book and puts it back into Carrington's hands. "Read it to me," He said lovingly.

Carrington couldn't help but smile at Jake's request. He took the book back from him and opened it up to the page he was on.

"Alright, alright," he said, wrapping an arm around Jake and pulling him closer. "But you better pay attention."

"I'll try, you know I'm not a big fan of reading, but i do like listening. As much as i can anyway" Jake giggles, pulling his weighted blanket up and covering himself.

Carrington chuckled again, running his fingers through Jake's hair. "I know, I know. You're more of a visual learner, aren't you?"

He adjusted his position so that Jake was more comfortable against him, and began to read aloud from the book.

Jake nods as he rests his head on Carrington's chest. His brown eyes following as Carrington is reading each word.

Carrington continued to read, his voice soft and soothing as he spoke the words on the page.

Every now and then, he would glance down at Jake to see if he was still paying attention.

He would occasionally pause to explain something or clarify a word, wanting to make sure that Jake was understanding what he was reading.

Jake was listening closely. He grabbed onto Carrington's hand as he is listening to his boyfriend read.

Carrington smiled as he felt Jake grab onto his hand, his heart swelling with affection. He continued to read, intertwining his fingers with Jake's and giving his hand a gentle squeeze.

"Are you enjoying this?" He asked, pausing for a moment to look down at Jake.

"Mhm, keep going." Jake replied as he is listening to Carrington read. His brown eyes follow across the pages.

Carrington chuckled softly and continued reading, his voice steady and rhythmic. He could feel Jake's breath against his chest as he spoke, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment.

He occasionally glanced down at Jake again, admiring the way his eyes were fixed on the pages, the way his expression changed as he absorbed the words.

Jake grabbed Carrington's hand, placing it onto his head. His eyes watching as Carrington turned the page with his other hand.

Carrington smiled as Jake placed his hand on his head, understanding what he wanted. He began to gently stroke Jake's hair as he continued to read, his fingers weaving through the soft strands.

He could feel the tension in Jake's body start to ease as he massaged his scalp, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride at being able to make his boyfriend feel relaxed and comfortable.
