Jake is occasionally glancing at Carrington that is sitting next to him. Stealing looks and hoping he doesn't get noticed.

Carrington was busy scrolling through his phone, occasionally replying to comments or messages from his followers.

He was blissfully unaware of Jake's glances, his attention fully focused on the screen in front of him. His lips curled into a small smile as he read a particularly amusing comment, completely oblivious to the attention he was receiving.

Jake couldn't help but stare and admire his roommate next to him. He wanted to talk to him but he wasn't sure how to even start the conversation. So all he can do is stare.

Carrington finally noticed Jake's staring out of the corner of his eye, his gaze flickering over to meet his roommate's.

He raised an eyebrow, a small smirk tugging at the corners of his lips as he realized Jake had been staring at him for quite some time.

"Enjoying the view, huh?"
He teased, still scrolling through his phone as he spoke.

Jake got startled and jumped. He quickly turned his head and tried to grab his phone out of his pocket but it slipped out of his hands. "Fuck-no!" He exclaimed as he picks up his phone.

Carrington chuckled at Jake's reaction, amused by how flustered he got when caught staring. He set his phone down, turning his body to face Jake more directly.

"What were you staring at, huh?"
He asked, a playful glint in his eyes as he teased his roommate further.

"I- I wasn't staring at anything!" Jake blushed as he looked down at his phone. Texting people and scrolling on social media.

Carrington leaned closer to Jake, his smirk growing wider as he noticed the blush on his cheeks. He chuckled again, clearly enjoying seeing his usually cool and collected roommate so flustered.

"Oh really? Then why do you look like a tomato?"He teased, his voice low and playful as he continued to tease Jake.

"Tomatos don't blush" Jake looked up at Carrington and huffed. "Okay besides that- i wasn't staring!"

Carrington chuckled once more, finding Jake's stubbornness endearing. He leaned even closer, his face now only a few inches away from Jake's.

"You sure about that?"
He said, his voice dropping to a low whisper. He studied Jake's face intently, noticing the way his blush deepened and how he avoided eye contact.

"Yes I'm sure" Jake grumbled and turned his head and looked back down at his phone. Typing and scrolling.

Carrington chuckled softly, a sly grin spreading across his face. He wasn't going to give up that easily.

He reached out and gently poked Jake's cheek, trying to get his attention."You're such a bad liar, you know that?"

Jake ignores him on purpose. Scrolling away, his cheeks burned with blush since he got caught staring.

Carrington huffed in annoyance as Jake continued to ignore him. He pouted slightly, his playful expression turning into a frown. He wasn't used to being ignored, especially not by his own roommate.

He scooted closer to Jake, closing the small distance between them. He then draped his arm over Jake's shoulders, leaning against him and trying to peek at his phone screen.

Jake dropped his phone again out of habit and clumsiness when he felt Carrington's arm wrap around him. "Oops.."

Carrington let out a small laugh as Jake dropped his phone again, his arm still around his shoulders. He smirked, taking the opportunity to get even closer to him.
