Jake didn't know that is boyfriend Carrington was having a rough day. He turned his head when he heard Carrington enter inside of the house.

"Hi babe!!" Jake beamed excitedly as he got off the couch and rushed over to greet his boyfriend, Carrington.

"How was your day? Mine was good! I got all the tasks i got finished today and i also like was missing you but i didn't want to call you because i know you were doin' a modeling shoot" Jake rambled on and on.

Carrington let out a soft sigh as he entered the house, exhaustion evident on his face. The day had been long and tiring, and all he wanted was to be in the comfort of his own home with his boyfriend.

As Jake rushed over to greet him, he couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt for not being able to spend more time with him. He had been so busy with modeling that he had neglected his relationship with Jake.

He managed a tired smile as Jake rambled on about his day, trying to hide the weariness in his eyes. "Hey, sweetheart," he said, wrapping his arms around Jake and pulling him close. "My day was... long. But I'm happy to be home now."

Jake returned the hug. "Good!" He beamed and then continues to ramble, "Oh yeah i also did some baking earlier today and i made cinnamon rolls and i was going to save you one but my sweet tooth got the best of me and you know how I'm literally a fucking vacuum when it comes to food so i literally ate all those cinnamon rolls and then had a stomach ache earlier but I'm okay now and sorry for not saving you one,"

Carrington chuckled softly as Jake rambled on about the cinnamon rolls. He knew how much of a foodie his boyfriend was, and it was no surprise that he had eaten all of the cinnamon rolls.

He gently rubbed Jake's back, his heart swelling with affection. "It's okay, love," he said. "I'm not mad that you ate all the cinnamon rolls."

As Jake continued to talk non-stop however throughout the day,

Carrington's patience wore thin. He was already feeling exhausted from his long day, and Jake's constant chatter was only making his headache worse.

He tried to stay calm, but his frustration finally reached its limit. He clenched his jaw and snapped at Jake, raising his voice.

"Can you just stop talking for five minutes? I'm tired, and your nonstop chatter isn't helping!" Carrington snapped.

Jake immediately fell quiet. His eyes looked down at the floor. As he is sitting on the couch next to Carrington.

Carrington instantly regretted his outburst as soon as he saw the hurt look on Jake's face. He let out a sigh, rubbing his temples as he felt a pang of guilt in his chest.

"I'm sorry," he said softly, his voice laced with exhaustion. "I didn't mean to snap at you like that. I just... I've had a rough day and I guess I'm just not in the mood for constant chatter right now."

Jake didn't reply. He just nodded and got off the couch. He walked out of the livingroom and upstairs. He shuts the door very softly. Only a small click can be heard upstairs.

Carrington watched as Jake silently got up from the couch and walked out of the room. He could feel the tension in the air and knew that he had messed up.
