Jake is on his phone when he noticed a sleepy Carrington walking downstairs.

Carrington stumbled down the stairs, still half-asleep. He rubbed his eyes, trying to wake himself up, and noticed Jake sitting on the couch, staring at his phone."Morning," he mumbled, yawning widely. "What are you doing up so early?"

Jake shrugs. "Babe, im always up this early. How come you're so sleepy?" He asks and turned his phone off. "It's only 7am."

Carrington groaned and collapsed onto the couch next to Jake. "Ugh, I don't know," he said, rubbing his eyes again. "I just woke up and felt like sleeping again. You're a morning person, aren't you?"

"Babe, you didn't have to come out of bed just because i did." Jake replied and turned his phone off.

Carrington smiled sheepishly. "I know, but I wanted to be with you. Besides, I was already awake anyway." He leaned his head on Jake's shoulder, still feeling a bit groggy. "What were you looking at on your phone, anyway?"

"Just my insta notifs" Jake simply said. He wrapped an arm around Carrington's shoulder. "Babe, you should head back to the bed if you're so sleepy. You didn't have to get up just cuz i did"

Carrington nuzzled his head against Jake's shoulder, not wanting to go back to bed just yet. "No, I'm fine," he said, yawning again. "I want to spend time with you."

He looked up at Jake with a sleepy smile. "Are you sure there's nothing interesting on your Instagram? You seem pretty focused on it."

"Nah, nah, sleepyboy." Jake puts his phone in his PJ pocket. He shifted and picked up Carrington. Grunting a bit, "Jeez you're heavy," he said jokingly but immediately apologized. "Sorry"

Carrington let out a surprised yelp as Jake picked him up, but then laughed at his comment. "Hey, I'm not heavy!" he protested playfully. "I'm just... muscular."

He wrapped his arms around Jake's neck, clinging to him like a koala. "You're strong, you know that?" he teased.

"Yeah i know i was teasing you, I know you're muscular and very handsome" Jake said as he held Carrington.

Carrington smiled, feeling his cheeks flush slightly at Jake's compliment. "Well, you're not too bad yourself," he said, playfully nuzzling his face against Jake's chest.

"You know, I could get used to being carried around like this," he added with a cheeky grin.

Jake rolled his eyes, "dont get use to it, smartass. Usually you carry me." He stuck his tongue out and began to carry Carrington upstairs.

Carrington chuckled as Jake carried him upstairs, still clinging to him like a koala. "Hey, I'm just trying to enjoy the ride," he teased, sticking his tongue out back at Jake.

As they reached the top of the stairs, he looked up at Jake with a playful glint in his eyes. "You know, you're kind of cute when you're being all strong and carrying me like this."

Jake blushes but disregarded it and walked with Carrington in his arms down the hall. He walked back to the bedroom.

Carrington couldn't help but notice the slight blush on Jake's cheeks, and it made him feel even more smitten with his boyfriend.

He rested his head against Jake's chest as he was carried down the hall, enjoying the feeling of being held in his strong arms.

As they reached the bedroom, Carrington snuggled up closer to Jake, wrapping his legs around his waist. "You know, I think I could get used to this," he said again, his voice muffled against Jake's chest.

Jake smiled and kissed Carrington's head before he jokingly plopped Carrington onto the bed. "Bedtime, sleepy"

Carrington let out a surprised "oomph" as he was suddenly plopped onto the bed. He looked up at Jake with a playful pout. "Hey, I was comfortable!" he protested, pretending to be offended.

He then smiled and reached out for Jake. "Come on, join me in bed," he said, patting the spot next to him. "You need to get some more sleep too, you know."

"Nah nah nah, it'll fuck my routine up. You get some sleep, sleepyboy." Jake smiled and his eyes soften.

Carrington's heart melted at the sight of Jake's soft smile and his caring words. He knew that Jake was right, he did need to get some more sleep, but he couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that Jake wasn't going to join him.

"Fine, fine," he grumbled playfully. "I'll sleep. But only because you're being all sweet and concerned." He pulled the covers up over himself and snuggled into the bed. "You better come back soon, though."

Soon enough, Jake kissed his forehead and walked out. Shutting the door behind him.

Carrington closed his eyes as Jake kissed his forehead, feeling a warm sense of comfort wash over him. He snuggled deeper into the covers, missing Jake's presence already.

He listened as Jake walked out of the room and shut the door behind him, leaving Carrington alone in the quiet bedroom. He knew that Jake had things to do, but he couldn't help feeling a bit lonely without him.

He drifted off to sleep, dreaming of being held in Jake's strong arms again.

Soon enough, Jake turned right back around and quietly entered the room. Cuddling Carrington and falling back asleep. 'I guess i can skip the morning routine' he thought to himself as he falls asleep.

Carrington stirred slightly as he felt Jake cuddle up next to him in bed. He smiled sleepily, feeling Jake's warmth against his back. Then he fell back asleep.

As he slept, he snuggled closer to Jake, feeling content and safe in his arms.

The two of them slept soundly together, enjoying the comfort and closeness of each other's presence.
