Jake is packing up a basket. Getting ready to go to the park with his boyfriend, Carrington. They plan on having a picnic together today.

Carrington leaned against the doorframe, watching as Jake packed the basket with various items. A smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he admired his boyfriend's focus and attention to detail. He couldn't help but feel excited for their picnic at the park.

"Need any help, love?" Carrington asked, finally breaking the silence.

"No I don't need help" Jake replied as he turned his head. He closed the lid of the basket. "Because I'm already finished!" He smiled.

Carrington chuckled, amused by Jake's eagerness and efficiency. He pushed himself off the doorframe and walked over to him, wrapping his arms around his waist from behind.

"Always so efficient, aren't you?" Carrington teased, nuzzling his face into the crook of his neck.

"I guess so" Jake snickered as he tilted his head back and kissed Carrington's lips. "Are you ready to go?" He asked the question with a smile across his face.

Carrington smiled into the kiss, his arms tightening around Jake's waist. He nodded in response to his question, a hint of excitement in his eyes.

"Absolutely ready," he replied, pulling away just enough to speak. "Let's get going before I change my mind and decide to keep you all to myself."

Jake rolled his eyes, "I'm already yours, babe. Let's go. Do you want to drive or i can?"

Carrington chuckled at Jake's eye roll, knowing he was just as much his as he was Jake's.

He thought for a moment before responding.
"You can drive," he said, nuzzling his face into his hair. "I'm feeling a little lazy today."

"Okay" Jake nodded. "Then you're basket holder!" He handed Carrington the basket. He kissed Carrington's cheek and walked to the living room to get his shoes on.

Carrington chuckled as he took the basket from Jake, shaking his head in amusement. He watched as Jake headed to the living room to put on his shoes, a fond smile on his face.

"Fine, I'll be the basket holder," Carrington said, following him into the living room. He set the basket down on the couch and grabbed his own shoes, quickly slipping them on.

The boy's put their shoes on. Then they got up and went outside. They got inside Jake's car. Jake is driving them to the park where they're going to have the picnic.

The drive to the park was filled with lighthearted banter and laughter. Carrington couldn't help but steal glances at Jake, admiring the way his eyes lit up as he drove.

The sunlight filtering through the car windows illuminated his features, making him look even more beautiful than usual.

As they arrived at the park, Carrington got out of the car and grabbed the basket, slinging it over his shoulder. He walked around to the driver's side and opened the door for Jake, holding out a hand to help him out.

Jake exited the car and held Carrington's hand. "Where do you wanna go?" He asked as he closed the car door.

Carrington smiled as Jake took his hand, intertwining their fingers together. He glanced around the park, surveying the various spots available.

"How about over there?" he suggested, pointing to a shaded area beneath a large tree. "It looks like a nice spot for our picnic."

"Okay there" Jake agreed as they walked to the spot. "Basket please."

Carrington handed the basket to Jake, watching as he began to lay out the blanket and arrange their lunch.

He took a seat on the blanket, leaning back against the tree and admiring the view of his boyfriend preparing their picnic.

Jake blushes as he is getting admired. He sits on the blanket and picked up a sandwhich. Already munching.

Carrington chuckled softly, noticing the blush creeping onto Jake's cheeks. He found it endearing how he could still make him flustered after all this time.

"You're adorable, you know that?" he teased, leaning forward to grab his own sandwich.

"Shut up, you're more adorable than me," Jake grumbled as he is eating. Occasionally looking at Carrington with love and admiral feelings.

Carrington laughed, his heart swelling with affection at Jake's response. He reached out and playfully ruffled his hair, a teasing glint in his eyes.

"Oh, is that so? Well, I beg to differ, sweetheart," he said, taking a bite of his sandwich. "You're definitely the most adorable one here."

Jake laughed as his hair gets messed up. "You know, im glad we actually had this picnic. It's been a while since we went out just the two of us"

Carrington smiled warmly, his heart filled with agreement. He nodded, taking another bite of his sandwich.

"I know, right? It's nice to have some alone time together," he said, his eyes never leaving Jake's face. "Just the two of us, without any distractions or interruptions."

"Exactly! Plus with your business with modeling and me streaming, its just been a little while" Jake pouted as he finished his sandwich.

Carrington chuckled at Jake's pout, reaching out to gently pinch his cheek."Don't pout, love," he said, his tone playful. "I know it's been busy, but I promise I'll make more time for us in the future."

"Yay," Jake smiled cheekily as he scooted closer and hugged Carrington's arm.

Carrington chuckled as Jake scooted closer and clung to his arm, his heart swelling with affection at the sight.

He wrapped his free arm around Jake's waist, pulling him even closer."You're so clingy," he teased, placing a gentle kiss on the top of his head.

Jake said, "let's cuddle!"

Carrington chuckled again, amused by Jake's straightforwardness. He nodded in agreement, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips.

"Alright, alright. We can do that," he said, pulling Jake onto his lap. "But only if I get to cuddle you even more."

Jake giggled as he picked up a cookie and began munching on it.

Carrington watched as Jake giggled and munched on the cookie, a fond smile on his face. He couldn't help but think about how adorable he looked.

He wrapped his arms around his waist, pulling him even closer against his chest. He nuzzled his face into the crook of his neck, inhaling his familiar scent.

The picnic came to an end as they finished packing up the leftover food and folding the blanket. They stood up, stretching their legs after sitting on the ground for so long.

Carrington took Jake's hand in his, intertwining their fingers together once again. "Ready to go home, love?" he asked, smiling at him.

"Yeah" Jake nodded. "Can you drive this time?" He handed Carrington the keys with a smile.

Carrington chuckled and took the keys from Jake, giving his hand a gentle squeeze.
"Of course, I can drive," he said.

They get inside the car and Carrington is driving them both home. The picnic was a fun and relaxing time for the couple.

The drive home was peaceful and filled with comfortable silence. Carrington focused on the road ahead, occasionally glancing over at Jake sitting in the passenger seat.

He could still feel the lingering warmth of their cuddles from the picnic, and it made his heart flutter with affection.

As they approached their home, he parked the car in the driveway and turned off the engine.

He turned to look at Jake, a soft smile on his face."Home sweet home," he said, breaking the silence.

They exit the car and enter the house. Cuddling on the couch for the rest of the day.
