The two of you were currently in the bedroom, Carrington on the bed while Jake was sitting on his lap, hugging his neck and talking his ear off.

"Babe, I have a question." Carrington said in between all the words coming out of Jake's mouth. His arms were wrapped around his waist, pulling him closer against him.

"Huh?" Jake asked as he looked up at Carrington with curious brown eyes. His hands playing with the back of the brunet's head.

Carrington smiled, his hands rubbing small circles on Jake's hips. He was enjoying having him so close and cuddled up to him.

"You never stop talking, do you?"
He asked, his eyes looking into Jake's. His tone was playful, not trying to sound like he was complaining.

But the tone went over Jake's head. "Is that a bad thing? am i talking too much? If so I'm sorry I didn't mean to yap so much i just was telling you about my day and i kinda went a bit overboard but i wanted to make sure i get every single detail of how my day was because if i didn't you wouldn't get the whole ideal picture, - or maybe you do, I don't know- but i always focus on the small details rather than the full thing so you can get a better understanding of what I'm telling you"

Carrington listened intently to Jake as he rambled on. He loved the way his boyfriend spoke, but sometimes he did talk a lot. He chuckled softly as he listened to him go on and on, finding it endearing that he cared so much about making sure he got the full picture.

"Babe, relax." He said, placing a hand on Jake's cheek. "I was just teasing you. You're not talking too much. I like hearing you talk, even if you do go on and on about every detail."

Jake leaned into the touch. "Yeah, i like talking to you too, honey. My day was good as you heard. I got streaming done, my routines done today -" He continued to ramble his day again and made sure to have every detail in.

Carrington smiled as Jake continued to talk. He found it adorable how excited he got about his day. He listened intently, nodding his head every now and then to show that he was paying attention.

"That's great, babe. I'm glad your day was good." He said, gently running his thumb over Jake's cheek. He leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on his forehead. "You always work so hard. You deserve to have a good day."

Jake was in the middle of a conversation, talking very quickly and excitedly. He was practically bouncing up and down in his boyfriend's lap, his hands gesturing wildly as he spoke.

Carrington watched as Jake bounced up and down on his lap, his excitement evident in his body language. He smiled at his boyfriend's enthusiasm, enjoying the way he animatedly spoke.

He wrapped his arms around Jake's waist, trying to keep him from bouncing too much."Whoa, slow down, babe. I can barely keep up with you."

Jake stopped his bounces and apologized. "Sorry, i got a bit carried away..."

Carrington chuckled softly and shook his head, his hands still resting on Jake's waist.
"No need to apologize, love. I like seeing you so excited. It's adorable."
Jake smiled as he leaned in and kissed Carrington's lips.

Carrington returned the kiss, his lips curving into a smile against Jake's. He tightened his grip around his waist, pulling him even closer as they kissed.

When they finally pulled away, he looked up at Jake with a warm expression."You're just too cute when you get excited like that."

"Thanks Honey, i love you" Jake replied, laying his head on Carrington's chest as he remained seated in his boyfriend's lap.

Carrington wrapped his arms around Jake, holding him close against his chest. He loved feeling the warmth of his body against his own.

"I love you too, sweetheart." He said, placing a kiss on the top of Jake's head. "You know, you never cease to amaze me with your energy and enthusiasm."

Carrington chuckled and gave Jake a gentle squeeze."Alright, I think it's time for bed, love. You need to rest after all that talking."

"Okayyyy" Jake agreed as he plopped on the bed and yawned. Watching Carrington turning off the lights.

Carrington smiled as he saw Jake plop onto the bed. He turned off the lights and climbed into bed next to him, wrapping his arms around him once again.

"Goodnight, my hyperactive little ball of energy." He teased, kissing the back of Jake's neck.

"Night" Jake laughs softly before he relaxes. He closes his eyes and goes to sleep.

Carrington holds Jake close as he drifts off to sleep. He couldn't help but smile at how peaceful his boyfriend looked.

He knew that Jake was full of energy and could talk for hours on end,

but it was moments like these also that he cherished the most - when Jake was quiet and content in his arms.

He loves everything about Jake.
