Lexine laughed along with us even though she didn't know what was so funny. Or maybe she did? It was hard to tell with her sometimes. I think that she knows a lot more than she lets on. Probably as a result of Rick's behavior. We noticed her laughing with us and it just made us laugh more. Finally we settled down and I wiped tears from my eyes.

"Oh God! My stomach muscles hurts. It feels like when I used to do 100 stomach crunches for dance." I said.

"Ballerinas do that many stomach crunches!" Wyatt exclaimed.

"Yes, they do! Ballerinas are tougher than football players. We danced on sprained ankles, bleeding toes and aching muscles."

"From a medical standpoint, I find that horrifying!" Chase said. "You danced on all of those injuries?"

"Well, not the sprained ankle. I did the whole bleeding toes and pulled muscles. I think that the worst I did was perform while I was really sick and coughing a lot. Turned out that I had walking pneumonia."

"I hope that you have learned from your past mistakes and won't push yourself like that ever again." Preston said a little imperiously.

The other guys shot him a look. I looked at him and shrugged, "I will always do what I feel is best. After all, I went with my gut feeling one night at a diner and that's what brought me here."

Preston's face softened and he said, "You are right. I didn't mean to sound like a dictator. All I ask is that if any of us has reservations about something, that you take our opinions into consideration."

I nodded and put a hand on his arm. "Of course I will always take your feelings and opinions into consideration." Turning to the others, "That goes for everyone here." There were smiles and nods all around.

"So who's ready for cake?" I asked wanting to lighten the mood.

"I'm on it!" yelled Jake and he jumped up to clear plates and make room for the cake. Everyone helped and we sat down to enjoy a large piece. The cake was buttery and moist, the chocolate frosting went perfectly with it. I was stuffed and couldn't finish my cake. I pushed the plate away and Brady reached over and ate what was left. I smiled at Brady and thought that he deserved the extra calories since he burned through so many last night with me. I swear that he knew what I was thinking and winked at me. Of course I blushed and felt my lady parts warm up in memory of his hands and body on mine.

I got up to get a wet paper towel to wipe off Lexine's mouth and Chase had beat me to it. I sat back down and watched him wipe off her fingers and mouth. Preston leaned over to me and said quietly, "I'm sure that it feels strange to have other people doing things that you are used to doing yourself all the time."

I tilted my head towards him, "Yeah, it does feel weird sometimes but it's also feeling nice that another person is helping me out. It's so wonderful to see how much you guys care for her too."

"The two of you will never be alone again. You will always have us." he said and kissed my cheek.

Everyone except Lexine and Jake started to clear the table and clean the kitchen. Those two went into the living room to play. It never ceased to amaze me how they worked so smoothly as a team and the cleanup went so fast and seamlessly. I hardly helped, they took things out of my hands and took care of them. Wyatt was especially helpful. He probably couldn't wait for our "sleepover" to start! As excited as I was about getting intimate with Wyatt, I was also slightly apprehensive since he seemed to be very adventurous in bed.

We headed into the living room and joined Jake and Lexine. They were putting together a puzzle. It was a 1,000 piece Disney one. They had most of the border done and seemed to be having fun. Preston joined them and Brady sat down and turned the television on to a football game. Chase sat next to him and that left the loveseat for me and Wyatt. He tugged on my hand to lead me there and put his arm around me as soon as we sat down. His hand traced a random pattern on my upper arm and it left my skin feeling tingly.
